Recruitement Events
Candidates who wish to join the Red Arrow Team are required to pass a aircraft proficiency test which is used to evaluate the skills of the applicant.

During these tests you will:

1. Demonstrate your ability to perform somewhat difficult maneuvers.

2. Use your discipline and skill to eliminate enemy targets.(Air/Ground)

3 Show to us that you can safely fly in formation.

4. You can follow up basic aviation orders.
5. You are able to do bridges with the Lazer.

If you can complete these tasks with the P-996 Lazer, then you will be considered for recruitment into the Red Arrow Team
