Cant enter Tinsel Towers apartment or garage

If I set my spawn point to Tinsel Towers apartment or garage I'll get stuck in the sky and the game won't load. And if I try to enter while playing online then it won't go past the entering garage or apartment animation. And I would like a better solution than Rockstar's, which was to unlink my Xbox gamertag from Social Club, which cuts me off from playing with crew members.

Have you tried this since 1.16 Update?

 

There is a patch note which states:

 

Fixed an issue where players could hang for a short period of time when entering property.

It let me enter that apartment a few times last night, then went back to being stuck on the entering animation.

There is a problem with the logos on cars for certain people.

Problem solved. Apparently the apartment building owners hate my crew.
