Mission payouts after 1.16

All played on Hard

Titan Of A Job - Got 22K with a team of 4 people

Cops Capacity - 18K with another player, destroyed all vehicles with a Buzzard

Cleaning The Cat House - 12K with a team of 3 people

For Cleaning The Cat House, did you do the buzzard on the roof trick or shoot your way through?

The two other players were on the ground, while I shot enemies with the buzzard, and since they didn't listen and head for the roof, I landed the buzzard and helped them out. We took a minute or two shooting the bikers that were spawning before I could extract them and fly away to Madrazo's.

Judging the Jury is 20K solo with a Buzzard.... might be the new grind

Just checked for this mission and couldn't find it in the missions section. I am pretty sure I have unlocked all the missions but maybe not. Can anyone help me out?

As far as I can see, all missions pay the same. It's just the length of time that determines how much you get. You get extra based on difficulty and the amount of players. But that's it I think.

I did RR earlier with just three of us and it payed $13500. I grind RR a lot like everyone else but I'm both pleased and displeased that it has been reduced. Pleased, because it makes sense that all missions now have more appropriate payouts, and displeased, because now grinding is just that little more difficult

If anything grinding is more easier now. I just hope the musket disapearing is a bug and was not intentional

It was a bug. R* is working on it. It's kinda funny how the same thing happened to the Gusenberg back in the day.

Seriously happy that RR has been rightfully nerfed. Hopefully this encourages people to play more missions. Really is a shame all my pals don't play GTA anymore, playing with randoms is horrible, but maybe this will encourage good players to play more missions

I didn't realize that the missions others play meant so much to you...get over yourself

Learn to read. People simply want variety. I know you're the type of baboon who hosts RR for the rest of his life and probably forgets to turn off matchmaking because you're an absolute mong so I'm sorry if my positive post somewhat offended you but "get over yourself". Not everyone wants to play RR all day like you.

And no, most people can't even start their own lobbies due to freezing and crappy matchmaking.

BS, If you want Variety, host your own GD missions.

Yet another fool who can't read. Read the last sentence, idiot.

QUESTION to the people that have played so far, do that payouts range accordingly to how many people are in the mission and if you solo it do you get more?

If you solo it you get less. Supposedly adds 10% for two players, 20% for 3 and 30% for 4+ players. However, some people notice they get more doing it solo because solo the mission takes longer than with 4 ppl. My theory:

The thing that's getting confusing is that there is no set amount for a mission anymore. I hear people saying they got only 10k for RR then others saying they got 15-19k for RR. Another guy said he did the same mission twice solo on hard and got different payouts. What it seems they did was put some sort of timer in the mission that determines your pay based on how long the mission takes you on that run. So you could conceivably get the same pay from, say RR, but you would probably have to wait around with the document and just let time pass. Not sure if worth it. I bet each mission now has a minimum and maximum with some sort of pay scale in between based on how long the mission takes. Plus the 10%, 20%, 30% bonuses for 2, 3, and 4+ players respectively. So if the mission takes the same amount of time you should get more for more players, but if having more players shortens the mission duration, you may get more or less depending on how much shorter it is

Exactly...100% ...this guy gets it...rewards per effort we do have.

They say they're balancing the missions but really they've just reduced the popular ones!

You mean reducing the easy ones - Rooftop Rumble.

I love how the people who are so happy that RR was nerfed keep saying that it was a good thing and it "encourages variety"...what does it matter to you if other players were playing different missions or not? If you want to play other missions, go ahead. But the whole "I want to force others to play the game the way I want them to" attitude is just dumb

I got sick and tired of being invited to the same mission over and over.

Join Contact Mission from the phone. - oh look it's Rooftop Rumble :facedesk:

Increasing other ones too.

Played Base Invaders on my second rank character with two other guys. They died after two Lazer's were blown up because they just ran at them and threw grenades, turned to minced meat by army guys nearby. Went through the remainder of the mission quite slowly on my own because these NPC's are a pain in the arse with their range and power but I got it done in the end.

Thirty kills (4 and 1 or so for the other two guys) and about 24k in cash. If I am not mistaken, Base Invaders used to pay either 18000 or 18750 before, barring the first playthrough.

I got 4,556 RP and $22,200 for Diamonds are for Trevor on Hard, solo.

Launched it from my apartment via the start menu and didn't get moved to the mission start, so I had to trek all the way up to Paleto.

If the time taken is a factor in the payouts now, I hope they've capped it in some way to prevent people doing one objective, then going AFK for 12 minutes, just missing the idle timeout, then doing the next objective, going AFK, etc.

That's a great idea!! And then wait and wait and wait for anyone else to join your mission, and eventually be forced to start it solo cuz the game's crappy matchmaking hasn't directed anyone to your lobby (might as well just play the friggin' SP campaign if I wanted to play by myself).

Before this update, if you wanted to play missions (other than RR) you had 3 options:

- 1) Choose "Join Contact Mission" from your phone. Get placed into RR lobbies 8 times in a row, waste almost 10 minutes backing out of them to try to find something else.

- 2) Host a mission yourself, and almost always end up having to play it alone (which isn't even possible with all of them, since some require you to have at least 2 or 4 players). You also lost the fun and challenge of playing whatever random mission was given to you.

- 3) Hope you have 1 or more friends online, and that those friends are actually in the mood to play missions, and wouldn't rather race or screw around in free-roam.

People are saying this DLC is crap, and maybe it is for the "flight school" content, but these changes to mission payouts is possibly the best thing to happen to GTAO since launch...

Chances are there's a time limit of 10 minutes, eh?

I'm sure someone will be finding out soon. Pick a simple mission that can be played multiple times in the exact same way and do it a couple of times in a row, waiting longer and longer, until the reward no longer increases.

This is one mission I have yet to complete, I did try it solo the other day, used a heavy sniper, took out all Lazer's, as I made my way to the cargobob, that was the end of me.

Failed many times before with 3 others.

As you said on top of their range and power, they also never stop spawning.

Yes I think it was $18750 - http://gta.wikia.com/Missions_in_GTA_Online and Rooftop rumble had same payout!

Ah come on, I get back from Ukraine on Saturday and was hoping 1.16 would sort out payouts.

Except it has completely nerfed most missions. A lot still suck ass and most don't give good money.

Not only are the items very pricey, it takes longer to make cash!

Rockstars intentions are very clear now.

So does the bonus payout depen on players starting the mission or finishing it (ie not dying in mission)?

Soloing Base Invaders w/ a buzzard, I have eventually exhausted the enemy spawns. There are over 60 of them, and it takes probably 10 minutes, so that's why it seems like they never stop spawning...
