Agent_Ace
The longer you take, the higher mission payout. That's why some missions are wonky. Ak47clower

Lay
That mission is impossible solo. I just attempted it and got hit with Call of Duty FFA spawns from the enemies... Nah you can do it solo. I have a couple of times, the trick I use is blocking the entrance with my car. Once you get the briefcase and you go to your car you will just teleport in and off you go. Blocking the entrance also stops more soldiers from running in. Makkaveli101

ByePolar
I usually take one of their vehicles parked on the side of the building and block the entrance way and then I run around the building to the main building gates and start the assault there. You can take cover by a cement barricade just inside the gates and start picking them off. Just make sure you have eyes in back of your head, because they will spawn behind you when you start advancing toward the staircase. I always load up on tear gas and snacks before I start the mission.
Commander S
Apparently, 'Hack & Dash' pays really well now - it's quick and straightforward, and already paid an easy/fun $12k, but now you can get $20k-plus from it. Good to know...

Good to know... Yah but now you have to get both vehicles instead of one making it take 10 minutes instead of 5 Hmm - always had to take both vehicles when I did it, and it's actually pretty short if you know the best detours to take. Might be a new daily earner... Also, 'Extradition' (which was one of my go-to missions) now pays up to $19k-ish in some instances, rather than the previous $15k. Nice. Probably takes a bit longer solo (seeing as you've got to make 2 trips to get both vehicles) - the longer the duration, the higher the payout. On that note, 'Docks to Stock II' is probably really good now, considering it's at least 10 minutes of slogging around...

The Khamelion
Ballas to the Wall a legitamate two minute 7k and 1500 RP on hard... Definitely better than the four-five minute potshot for 10k and 1000 RP, my previous grinder... Also, I started up the mission but went to grab a root beer, taking me a couple minutes. In that time, I was idling in the already begun mission.. When I finished, I made 11k because of the time taken to complete. Lol Edit: I'm rank 39 don't hate on the noob missions Edited August 19, 2014 by The Khamelion
Potato Bean
I just did it with 3 people on hard and got 12k. Do missions pay more than they used to? Yeah some of them, but all of the good paying ones (15k and up) have been nerfed and now it takes longer to save up money than before the update. Captain Revenge
You would think that R* would concentrate on hackers and modder's ruining their game and not keep changing and once again sucking the fun out of the game. The missions have changed, considerably. From the time it takes too the bigger pay outs. Short grindable missions are paying out LESS cash and LESS RP. For instance Trash Talk, done in 5 minutes with the Buzzard now gets me, 2280 RP and $11,430. If I don't use Buzzard and use more ammo and drive instead of flying, took twice as long. I got 3200 RP and $18,000. Both missions played solo. When I was playing with friends, missions like Landing Gear, Chemical Extraction, Extradition, and Docks to stocks, all long missions and paid out really well in cash & RP, same 4 person team whipped through Method in the Madness and got way less that we usually got. Los Santos Connection is no longer in my job list. Missions that came back, Chemical Extraction and Hack & Dash. Another solo mission, Titan of a job, took my time taking out targets at the hanger, gunned that C130 straight out of the hanger and into the air, headed for Kortz Center, took valley into Zancudo river valley, and right into Sandy Shores AF in one shot. Got $17,500 and 3400 RP and Crystal Clear out 3, 5 minutes in the Buzzard, summoned my new Western Besra (there is NOTHING Western about this jet, Russian or Chinese maybe) the closest thing American would be the US Navy T 45C Goshhawk. So I flew it to Ft Zancudo and traded it up for a Laser Jet, did the mission in that, got $18,360 and 3400 RP. Bought the Besra and the Classic Coquette. Try driving to Martin's instead of flying, its all about how much time you put in, even if you're standing on the side of the road for ten minutes. in Hit'em Up, once i got to the Hotel I just took my sweet time and got more cash and RP for it. Grinding has officially been halted. However racing still gets me 3000 RP in a race lasting for 4 minutes or more.
Potato Bean
How do you people not realize that the payouts have been NERFED? Yeah if you play a mission for 10 minutes you get $20k, but how many could you have done in that time BEFORE the update? In no way is making money faster or even on par with what it was before. Just a few minutes ago I did chemical extraction with 3 other people on hard. We purposely sat around for 7 minutes and then drove down to the lab and stole the van. After alls said and done, we wasted almost 10 minutes (probably longer) to get a $22k payout. In 10 minutes I could've done rooftop twice and gotten $14k more. Commander S
Quick update on 'Hack and Dash' - before being removed (hacking keypad bug), it was 10 minutes to deliver both cars solo, for $12.5k. Did it last night - same duration, played exactly as before, but now it's $19.5k. Awesome. Sadly, 'Extradition' solo is now down to about $10.5k using the Lazers from Sandy Shores, whereas it used to be a steady $15k. Probably due to it only taking about 5 mins. Wonder how 'Defender' and 'Docks to Stock II' fare, since there's no real way of 'shortcutting' them... 'Defender' being pretty darned easy - probably nerfed. Commander S
No wonder I keep getting Hack n Dash invitations. So it's the new RR eh? Woudln't mind. ...provided you take enough time to max out the payout. That's why doing it solo might actually work out better - two people delivering the cars simultaneously halves the time taken, which nerfs the $$$. Unless you want to idle for a bit, in which case that probably applies for most missions. According to some people, due to the higher difficulty, duration and so on for 'The Los Santos Connection', doing that with a decent team of 3 or 4 pays out really well - unlike missions where more people = faster completion, it still takes a good 10 minutes, but there are enough 'payout multipliers' in play (difficulty, time, number of players, etc. plus the base payout) that it all adds up well, without being nerfed because you nailed it in 5.
