In addition to R* buffing some missions, they've seemed to nerf some missions as well. I just did Trash Talk with a five others. We only got paid $2150.

R* are obviously reserving all the juicy content for PS4, XB1 & PC and giving us scraps in the meantime until they can abandom ship on last gen.

It's not that I waited 2 months. It's the fact that they had 2 months as a company to fix known bugs and improve on the game only to put out an update that introduces more bugs and content that can be made within a single day by someone who isn't even employed by R* or even a professional games developer. Look the mods on GTA 4/GTA:SA, people who don't get paid and put out content 10x better than what R* has done this entire time. I guarantee you, heists would've been out if this was on PC and the community had a chance to create their own content .

 

It doesn't matter if it's free or not. It makes no difference to the fact that the content was poorly designed and developed. It doesn't excuse the obvious lazy work they've done. They've nerfed multiple missions, nerfed racing rewards and continuously made it harder for people to rank up and purchase things. It doesn't matter if they add these new half assed content if behind the scenes they're removing things that people love, reducing the amount of money people can make, and introducing new bugs every patch.

 

And yes, they were hyping it up? Did you watch the video? Half the things on there you can't even do. The characters that they manage to show with the dances, clothes and whatnot aren't even possible on GTA:O. The only way all the things shown would be possible would be via console modding, which is f*cking funny considering how R* is so against it. It's just borderline fake advertising.

Say for example you bought a car, brand new from the dealership. Before buying the car you asked, "does it have heated seats?" To which the salesman replies "ofc it does!"

 

So you happily purchase your brand new car with your hard earned money that you saved up so long for only to find out that the dirty salesman lied to you..

 

so what do you do? You go back and question him about the seats. So let's also say that he told you to come back in a week and they would install the seats for you free of charge. A week goes by and he tells you the seats still aren't in and to come back next week. This goes on for a few months before they FINALLY get them in and remind you of how they'll install them free of charge. So at the point, you as the dumbass customer as happy as sh*t to have finally gotten your free heated seats installed free of charge.

 

that or as soon as you realize you got lied to, you take the car back to rip that salesman a new asshole for not having a feature you specifically wanted to finalize the purchase.
