Basically sums it up for the majority. I on the other hand enjoy updates. I mostly care for cosmetics, though. The new army-related outfits look lovely.

Its saddening when cosmetics trumps gameplay and players would rather do the same old missions in a shiny new car or outfit. than do completely new missipns and gameplay elements.
