So theres way too many people saying to themselves that Rockstar isnt going to remove the modded, glitched and illigitimate cash from players bank accounts. Ive seen plenty of people say "Should have done the lobbies for free cash" but the answer to that is. Youre going to need to purchase a cash card my friend because that moneys all gone.

Simple Equation.

 

Glitchers will likely never be Cash Card buyers, even if they are sent to Cheaters Pool and have their money reset. However there is no reason to conclude they will not re-purchase GTA V for PS4/Xbone/Console, so if as I suspect R* have concluded they would need to reset (even if rightfully so) to much of the GTA Online player base, they are better off leaving things be to keep these players.
