Sorry if someone beat me to it, but the SC is being updated with pics of the new vehicles, if we're lucky we might get to see them all before the update is released. Currently the only one available is the Swift, but I bet it won't take long before more show up, so I'll just place the image links here.

Did you check the weapons tab ?

 

I didn't, but we need a name to find a weapon, and we don't have any :/

 

Since some people might not figure out how it works, what I basically did was to go to the vehicle tabs on the Social Club and replace names on the end of the image http (For example, http://pt.socialclub.rockstargames.com/images/games/GTAV/vehicles/974x400/comet.jpg ) with the name of update vehicles. I think it has been done with previous DLCs inclusively, I remember the Roosevelt appearing a few days before like that. It is working for the Swift, the other ones are probably still going to be uploaded.

Pretty much that. Not a hacker or anything, just doing what a lot of people do when a DLC is coming :p

theres a possibility that IF the hydra gets added to the game it will have a number in its name too so the URL with hydra in it might not necessarily be the correct one
the lazers proper name is the p-996 lazer and the URL ends like p-996-lazer/ so theres a possibility we could get an s69-hydra or something lol
i just made up that number it has no relevance to anything

In all likelihood it's down because, well, you're all staring at it hopelessly waiting when it's going to happen when it happens. Take this thread for instance. At the moment, there are 104 users looking at it.

I can't even get into this game much anymore. After playing PS4 for about 2 weeks now it's so hard to get into this game again. It looks pretty bad once you get used to truly awesome graphics and the physics are awful once you get used to the PS4. I tried playing earlier tonight and I felt like I was playing San Andreas now that I am used to something much better. lol

Hydra will be there. Rockstar will NEVER EVER supply just 4 cars.
