Ok, I have been dealing with this for about 2 weeks and can't find a solution. I have forwarded all my ports and had my IP come check everything out and they don't know either. I have called r* about ten time and they also are lost.

 

What I have done:

Forwarded all port

Deleted cache

Unlinked SC

Restarted router

Put console on dmz mode

Tried making new ps username

Restored ps3 to factory setting

Restored database

 

What happens: I load the game with updated animation screen so I know it's accessing internet, go from story mode to online, join game, and as soon as it try's to load, an alert screen comes up and says "the rockstar game services are unavailable at this time. Please try again later."

 

If anyone knows anything else I can try, it would be greatly appreciated.
