the off road element was no problem for me and the purple "branded" poo poo truck, in fact some even had to get out and run to keep up !

i declared innocently, whilst hiding my sniper rifle " ohhh no, is that 2 broken spotlights on the bodi ??? however did that happen ???? "

unfortunately the highly modified poo poo plumbers truck was not involved in the race, due to a slight mix up with the insurance papers, i had left them on the front seat, next to the copy of the daily sport and my bacon butty, whilst launching a rocket at it.

Please check the first post for info on the next meet. Hint: look for the big red letters that say "CURRENTLY NO EVENTS".

De is holding another Scavenger Hunt tomorrow (Monday) and we are in dire need of more people. If you think you know Los Santos inside-out then you need to show up and prove that you can easily find anything before everyone else. Very chill and relaxed atmosphere!

For the meet - I never put anyone down in advance as I want them to see the date/time/theme first. So you'll have to come back and confirm you've read the theme and have a mic (usuals don't do the mic part as I know by heart). I'm looking for a Friday date but I'm currently creating minigames for those that joined my previous meet (complications) and that might go for next week so for the NEW meet? No idea when. Autumn always gets me busy with yard work and preparing for winter as I work on heavy machinery during those goddamn cold months so my schedule can get unpredictable. I would much prefer not doing any meets than cancelling one last minute. I will keep you in mind, though, for when I post my next meet.

I do a lot of complicated meets lately so I want to have a really chill one soon. Tonight (wed.), De has a meet then Thursday Steve has his team meet and Friday my friend Raptor has his first meet so I can't really host anything. I'm looking for next Thursday or Friday as I do meets late in the week (no weekend). My average hosting time is 6PM EST, that would be 11PM GMT. Steve's been doing GMT friendly meets as of late so I want to do the same and hopefully meet more Brits.

 

I've seen you a few times already and would love to have you for the next one. I'll try to post a date/time/theme Monday or so.

For those that keep tabs on this thread will know I had a handyman event *YouTool Sponsored* around a week ago. While it was said to be a good meet by those that attended, I wasn't fond of how quick I hosted it and how the minigame at the end was ruined by R* cloud servers being as reliable as having a cat on a leash to lead a blind person through a pond. Those that joined that meet will have priority in this meet. They have until Monday night (EST - before going to bed) to steal their spot as after that I will add anyone that signs up (by order). This meet is purely minigames - no stopping for pictures, no waiting around. Lobby starts at a specific time and anyone late will be left out completely.

Games explanations are in first post. As usual - state you have a mic and read the theme (minigames). This is more of a fun little night. If games go quick and people are still thirsty for something I'll host an impromptu car meet afterwards.

Also; added a warning list. Those are players I've warned in other meets - it's more a list for myself to reference and keep my eye on players. Blacklisted list has been updated with some players getting a link below them - that's the proof for their blacklist. Some don't have a link as I can't find it and doubt they'll moan about being blacklisted so I won't bother. I'm also testing out a program for pics. New banner has sharpened masks and a bit of saturation. Little subtle details. I'm still testing it out and so far it's great! Got loads to learn, though.

The minigames have been done in Content Creator. They've been tested but expect an issue or two. As said, if there's issues or people still want to hang around I can set up an impromptu car meet. There's a theme that I've had on my mind for a long time but not worthy of a real meet.

 

Three things going on as of now (this thread is pretty much my podcast except I'm alone - podself):

 

1 - got a new TV. Well, "new" as in my older brother gave me his old one as he's got a 4K quality one. Mine is a simple slim HDTV, 36 inches or so. THIS GAME LOOKS AMAZING! I can now stop saying, "who's that over there?" I can read gamertags now.

 

2 - Seeing I'm up to 7 timezones, I've arranged them by earliest to latest. PST is earliest, hour more is MST, hour more than MST is CST, hour more is EST, 5 hours more than EST is GMT, IST seems to be 9 hours and 30 minutes ahead of EST or 4 hours and 30 minutes from GMT. Lastly there's UTC which is a staggering +17 hours from EST. I'll try to keep the timezone format from earliest to latest. It's a bit hard to find your timezone when looking at it quickly but hopefully it's gonna catch on and other hosts will try to include more than 2 timezones.

 

3 - Tons of meets this week. Last week I joined 5 meets, one for each night of the week. This week is probably gonna look the same at this rate. I posted all the meets to watch in the first post - right below the Car Meet Pics spoiler (last spoiler in the post). New system I'm currently trying out. Hopefully it works out and people can refer to my thread for meets to look forward to and keep track of what's going on. Hosts can also copy and paste their times if they're too lazy to convert.
