Switch to another team on the deathmatch screen? I'm not sure if R* has changed this setting or not but I've seen someone do this in the act before and they would'nt say.

Pretty sure you can only do this on VS missions, and only if "Team Balancing" is set to off.

i think if your the host you can change the setting to allow people to switch or to keep it evenly matched
