What is game version?
What's different? You changed something in iCE3.0 of your game?

Those are Icenhancer default settings

Ok, then open "icenhancer_config.txt", and do this:

Change this:
#define POST_EFFECTS 0
#define BLACKNWHITE 1
#define DEPTHOFFIELD 1

To this:
#define POST_EFFECTS 1
#define BLACKNWHITE 0
#define MANUAL_DOF_FOCUS 1
