Ok here's my guesses:

new Helmets and Outfits (air fatigues) at clothing stores

1 new weapon at ammunation

new taunts

increased payouts for Hit 'Em Up, Deal Breaker, Hard Labor, Violent Duct...

one or two gameplay changes/additions no one could predict

god mode fix?

new air races/gta races and one street race with the new coquette

new masks, hairstyles and tattoos

and none of it will be limited time only
