I ran out of fun titles for poll, so have this very long sentence instead because I'm too lazy to think of a title. Maybe let's just call it "Things in the DLC" or something, I dunno. Just ignore this and vote.

So when we purchase Aircraft, where do they get stored? The hangar?

In Singleplayer, you get them for free in hangar - no need to buy.

In Online you have to call Pegasus and order the aircraft to be delivered to nearest airfield for $200

 

How will it fit in Trevor's hangar when not even the Luxor can?

They said that the Independence Day Update was for Online. And it came out for story mode too.

You're probably right on that. I thought that you were implying that SP would get nothing.

 

The real issue here is R* giving an update meant for SP only to GTA:O. I can imagine an "Assassin's update" releasing for GTA:O soon, where you get disguises, 1000s of assassination "jobs" from an anonymous telephone contact, and dual wield silverballers. SP will get 1 missions for Franklin, where you have to kill someone by stuffing his/her face with potato chips. :lol:

lol franklin aint hood anymore is his biggest problem. That large stack of bills reduced frank to a piece of sh*t, he's not good at eating chips, playing on his laptop or washing his car in the rain, A DLC where boy franklin realizes that he's become like his mentor Micheal, A sad pathetic excuse for a human being and guilty of the consequences needs to wake the f*ck up and go back to terrorizing the hood and why? Because that's his calling.. to be a little dip sh*t wanna be thug trying too hard to act civilized, nigga is real sadness.

The FS dlc coming out tomorrow most likely will be for both story mode and online but online will receive the most content where as story mode lovers will get the leftovers, you know the vehicles and weapons if there are any.

Also, wasn't this supposed to be for single player? This is for the guy who tried to convince us Online is not the doom of the series. Next thing we know, SP will be completely scraped in the next-gen version to enhance GTA O even more. Anyway this seems like the worst update since The Beach Bum one. The only interesting vehicle looks to be the Coquette. If there is no Hydra and Hunter they can shove the rest up their asses apart from the car.

Also, good logic making a brand new trailer for an update instead of making one for the new version of the game to convince people to buy it again.

Im starting to believe North's staff was abducted by aliens and replaced with primitive brainless monkeys that are pretty damn clueless about what do with this game lol

I wonder if it will unlock the Special Edition Flying Stunt Missions which activate from Trevor's airstrip for everyone else, that would be easy and very lazy for Rockstar to do but certainly one way to pass it off as "Single Player DLC".

They look WAY better covered:

 

 

 

In your dreams. Rockstar is too lazy to make animated pop up headlamps, that's probably why they removed the Hakumai.

 

 

They werent really animated in IV either.. they just popped up when you turned on the lights.

Wasn't asking for flip up headlights... just headlight covers or tint, similar to the Warrener headlight covers.

Don't tell me to calm down. It is my opinion that they are lazy.

OMFG.... Finally the Coquette classic has arrived! Tears, tears everywhere. No super cars in this DLC either!? Stunning to the max. I want to streak all around Paleto Bay

Looks like a solid update, but honestly I'm more excited about 1.16 patch that should fix that damn soda vending machine and Independence day vehicles bug in single player.

 

Absence of Hydra and Hunter are disappointing though, they would fit perfectly with Flight School themed update..

I'm 100% with you on that. Skimmer is another MIA aircraft that should definitely make a comeback. Really would like aircrafts you can land on water.

Just got home from work. Didn't really read much of the comments, but I noticed it didn't mention anything for Single Player.

 

...Now, ask me if I am surprised.

 

I am not surprised.

 

Now ask me why I have put GTA V back into the box last April and didn't go back since and just been re-doing GTA III, VC, SA, LCS, VCS, IV, TLaD, and TBoGT to 100% again?

They hyped up this ''Flight School'' sh*t for 2 or 3 planes and 1 chopper without bringing back these like Hunter, Hydra or the Sea Sparrow/Skimmer. SMH

If there is a hydra in this update i will be happy. otherwise what a waste of time. The helicopter was in TBOGT. The Mil-Jet was in the Beta. The only plane that is somewhat new is the Besra. The classic conquette should have been in the game anyways.

 

Is it just me or does it look like this is recorded on NG/PC GTAV? It looks to clear/far draw distance.

I mean, who the f*ck cares about a flight school update? My school is opening soon, and the last thing I need from R* is a f*cking update telling me how to roll 6 million times with a plane. And why aren't they saying anything about the NG/PC version of GTA V??? Instead of that, they give a trailer for this sh*t.

Darw Distance was perfectly fine on the PS3/360, infact, people complain about it being too high because you can see Los Santos from Mount Chilliad.

If we coudn't they would complain too

The detail distance is the real problem for me. It got progressively worse the more I played. Even while on the ground and not driving all that fast, buildings in the distance would appear really damn blocky. It only got worse and worse.

 

Also, the draw distance is great in most areas. Less so in some others, though. Entirely dependent on the weather, I guess?
