I went on Google looking for the answer and couldn't find anything

 

I'm in eastern standard time, Philadelphia Time zone,

 

If there is an update tonight what time can I expect it

There isn't any specific time for an update to be released.

 

It's actually the PSN Network and Xbox Marketplace you get the update

from so it realy depends on Sony/Microsoft when they make it available.

 

And remember there is NO confirmed update! It' all speculation...

Generally updates have been released around 5 AM EDT.
