The details like this are what sets GTA far above the clones and gives it true character. I was amazed in GTA III when you could hear the music from the pedestrian's headphones when he walked by.

I don't really see what's weird, I've seen those things in real life, it makes these noises.
It's a nice detail, but it doesn't move I see.

Yes, those are wind chimes. The wind chimes aren't animated so it's just some ambient audio on a loop; maybe these little animations will be there on the PS4, Xone and PC version...

I also like the bug zappers. Every now and then they zap, light up, and a little cloud of smoke appears.

Those are some nice details. R* has placed a great amount of secrets in the game, i know that i will never find all of them.

Yes they are, I hear that a lot of times in my house because I have some of those in the entrance door, and when the wind is strong they make that sound although they move and those metal parts touch each other which produces that sound. Did you try shoot them? Do they move or make a higher sound?

I shot them, they are just a solid object. They are moving, but not affected by explosions or shots.

There are even bullet holes in them.

Maybe, but the chimes we're hearing are metal whilst the ones pictured are wooden (probably bamboo cane). Nice find though, I'd never noticed that!

Rockstar never ceases to amaze with their attention to details in their open worlds. It's like they have some sort of OCD, like if they don't put in these very little details, the game wouldn't be appreciated.
