Sergiu
Hello, as you might notice, there seemed to be specular lighting implied here, or at least something rather artificial to make it look like, that being on vehicles, buildings as well as pedestrians. As far as I know, the effect's power has been lowered considerably in the final version. My question is, how could I possibly remake that effect as natively as possible, if it is even remakeable. Thanks. Edited August 18, 2014 by CasualSergiu
//XP//
Try to ask that guy for the specular lighting mod. If I remember correctly, even GTA3 XBOX mod had something similar...

BMWSauberF1.08
Maybe it can be a photoshopped image. But i'm almost sure that zmodeler can put specular on iii models Sergiu
Sergiu
Maybe it can be a photoshopped image. But i'm almost sure that zmodeler can put specular on iii models Yes, but it sure seems like it was on all materials including pedestrians. I'm pretty positive they wouldn't have done that manually. It was, most likely, an in-game effect.
