You'd have to accidentally select the wrong garage and select which car to overwrite.

You could ask Rockstar to replace it for you, OP, but it sounds like you did this to yourself

 

They might give you GTA$ for it,(purchase price, plus additional money), but they certainly don't owe you

Plus it's not like it isn't a fast car. I do car meets all the time that usually involve a bit of drag racing. Our crew's car is the Banshee and there's a bunch of us that have the clutch kick perfected, but if I do it in a Futo against one of them it's almost a dead heat.

about 6 months ago when I requested my Entity it got replaced it my Bati Custom and I lost the car. I put a ticket through but still haven't got a response.

tbh its not the first time I've lost a fully tuned car I've lost my sabre turbo twice when it got destroyed and i couldn't call mors mutual

bet you attempted glitches with those vehicles which caused them to lose their insurance.

 

Not that, for a long time, garage slots 1,3,5, and 7 used to cause cars stored there to randomly lose insurance and you wouldn't know it unless you checked every vehicle at the LSC or in the garage.

Well i owned one for quite some time and i can drive it without any problems. (Just like any other car because V is an arcade driver...)
