Lung capacity & Strength

if you want to boost strength quickly play tennis with a friend. Playing golf or darts solo works, but Tennis with a friend IMO is the best way.

 

There is no yoga and there are no boats with SCUBA equipment in GTAO, so the only way to raise lung capacity is swimming underwater. Sorry.

 

I wouldn't say it is a priority to raise Lung Capcity since I have yet to run into a mission or a job where holding my breath was a requirement. Strength and Stamina are far more important stats IMO.

Stamina: Just rubber band your left stick to the right in an open area. You'll keep spinning around. Then go somewhere else and just leave your controller there.

Stealth: Same as above, just get into Stealth Mode first.

Lung Capacity: Sadly the best way is diving around. The big lake in Mt. Gordo is the best. I maxed mine there.

Shooting: Survival. Play them.

Driving: Just drive around not hitting stuff.

Strength: I believe by starting RR or any mission where the wanted level is locked and punch people. Takes time though.

stealth: walk in stealth mode and rubber band both analog stick to face each other so it looks like > < (this will make your character walk in cirlce while in stealth mode) *watch a movie! it will be full when your back*

click stealth before taking cover against npc's in survival or missions. once you get into that habit, stealth goes up pretty quickly.

I maxed my lung capacity during a coveted playlist. Need st least 2 people of course so someone can take the bob.

 

Did this with a few friends after they grabbed the container thereS not mych else to do so I would jump in the water and swim underwater until they delivered the package.

 

Was maxed out after 2 or 3 playlists and I was about 700k richer.

 

Let me know if this interests you ive been grinding alot wanna get that money up if flight dlc is true. I can takke the bob while you swim.

The stealth trick of going around in circles won't help. You need to sneak kill NPCs, preferably with a knife. Do it near the beach so you can quickly evade cops, and you can also increase lung capacity from doing it

says who? you? stop giving out false information! i wouldnt have posted it if t didnt work. i have full stealth right now after walkin in circles (while stealth) in my garage.

 

 

Sorry! But it didn't work for me as after a few hours my stealth didn't go up even one percent. I should elaborate on my post and say "from my experience".

sorry it didnt work for you.. but it worked perfectly for me. did it during patch 1.15 (this patch) and i did it inside my garage while in inv only session. pretty sure it doesnt matter if youre inv only or public session.

I think because I did it in my apartment instead of my garage. I don't know if there's a difference or not, but I'll try it again in different locations.

Close to a month ago. Maybe because of the location or a maybe patch of some sort, but I'll try it again.
