I would like to know is there any method to put a tracker and insurance on it, I did found one method on youtube but it doesn't work for me.

Nope but can't you get a tracker by putting it in your garage? If they patched it being storable that sucks....

The tracker is available after I mod it by using Ifruit app.

Okay, the facts:

 

You can drive it into your garage and save it, however you can't insure it. You can't mod it in LSC.

 

HOWEVER

 

if you ask nicely on your appropriate systems vehicle request page, it IS possible to get one upgraded. Upgrades include performance, paint, and wheels. Mine is flat black with Cairmgorn wheels. Also, it is possible to have the life preserver and box removed leaving empty luggage racks.

 

I suggest askin a magician nicely, I was just driving mine a few minutes ago!
