I don't think anything will be purchasable strictly with cash card money. Rockstar has tons of people buying them just for gta dollars and each time they release content more people buy them. Better to keep getting the shark card customers quietly than by throwing it in their faces and showing such an ugly side. I see this update being just like the rest. If you're against cash cards than grind your ass of or shut up. In the olden games like world of war craft one would grind dungeons for weeks for a single item and the sense of accomplishment was epic but in gta everyone is a whiner who wants easy access to money through easy jobs.

You're missing one key piece. You don't have to have training to buy those.

They are speculating that the flight lessons required to unlock the ability to purchase the 2 aircraft will cost real money.

Didn't R* themselves claim it's a free DLC?

If they did charge it would cause such an uproar that it would be made free in a week.

Ok here i'll spell it out.

 

You download the DLC that includes the car and the 3 known aircraft.

You can buy the non military aircraft and the car but the hydra and hunter say "you can only purchase these after completing flight school."

 

You go to the new flight school and each lesson costs $2 in real money. you can not use in game money, only a special flight school shark card to unlock them.

There are 10 aircraft lessons and 10 chopper lessons. So you have to pay $40 to unlock the ability to purchae both aircraft and then another $4 mil of ingame money (earned, glitched, or shark cards) to purchase them.

In the speculation thread, it was hinted that the hydra and hunter may be unlockable once you complete flight school lessons. Those lessons may have to be purchased with shark card money ONLY (ie earned/glitched cash not allowed) essentially making the hunter/hydra pay to win. If this is true, will you be purchasing the lessons?

Im still going to be flying my Buzzard against these new aircraft, since 9/10 hydra flyers probably will end up being unable to fly and being shot down in their confusion.

DLC means downloadable content, you guys over think it. Whether it's called an update or pack it's still considered DLC.
