Not too sure, but try this: #FFFF00 (you'll find the value a few lines under the RGB crew code, just paste this one in)

I read that this value is a neon yellow.

Are you sure? It's my crew color, It looks greenish in the shadows, but in the sun it looks identical to the entity in the video.

To me it looks like a yellow paint with a green pearl.

Personally I'd just go to Los Santos Customs and mess around. Find a metallic yellow that looks close, then change the Pearlescent color until you get that hint of green, see what happens etc

Crew colours are much brighter than the in game colours.

Pretty close but the Entity seems to have more yellow. I tried a random colour right now. I can slap on it a lime green pearl to as well. What do you think?

Yeah, I suppose there is a bit more yellow, or maybe its just a slightly lighter color overall. The rgb's you posted look close. I'd say its somewhere between toxic yellow and corrosive green. Maybe look at the rgb's for those two colors, and just find something right near the middle?

I have tried toxic yellow and even added a lime green to it. It shows no green at all. I'ts just a bright neon like yellow.
