vicboh0413 Posted August 17, 2014 Share Posted August 17, 2014 I have completed Mannys last mission (The Puerto Rican Connection) that unlocks Elizabeta Torres 4th mission (The Snow Storm) but elizabeta are not calling anywhere anythime BUT when i did go to Dwaynes first mission (Ruff Rider) there elizabeta calls it have been so all times i did the story.
