The Scrapyard property is not shown on the map?!

I have beaten the game and this property is the only one that has not appeard on the map for some reason. I have seen videos and know how to make income and it seems very fun. I just do not know why it is not on the map yet??? Thanks

Try switching characters-- It is possible it is only available to certain character(s).

Thanks... Apparently I bought it with Franklin. Is there any way I can sell back the property in order to buy it with a different charcter?

Unfortunately not. The only way to buy with another character would be to load a save from before you purchased the property.

Okay so I bought the scrapyard with Franklin and have gotten $150 from income at the yard. I also have defended it successfully. My question is how do I make money off of the scrap yard? I read somewhere else that you blow up cars and make money that way and I read on a different site you can tow cars there. What way is correct?
