I can't get "Cleaning the Cat House"

I saw that this mission is really for grinding some RP, but strangely I can't find it between Rockstar's created missions.

 

What do I have to do? Is there any method to get it?

I always get " Death from above" by calling him.

 

If I play this mission with someone, can I keep playing it alone?

when i call martin, it says something like "request a job you allreade done" not request a new one..

not for me. tried that a sh*tload of times.

If you call him, he'll only send you missions you completed, not new ones.

Find someone to host it for you or wait until he send it.

Here is a cool tip for when you have it... At the start of the mission, get a helicopter, fly it back to the area and land it on the roof where the concrete ramp is. The girl will run right up the ramp to the helicopter and get in with you. This makes it so you do not have to waste your time shooting anyone, and makes the mission so easy and grindable.

I see you have found about the ''Buzzard pick up'' strategy. For some reason you get less RP for solo-ing a mission.
