In IV, the Angels of Death use it in Gang Wars. In V, the Lost use it in their mission appearances in SP and Online. You can't take it as a personal vehicle because R* only thinks 10 year olds play V and only want to store fa**ot ass ugly super cars. I managed to store it in Online through heavy exploit and trial and error but then it got removed in that "utility vehicle" patch that wiped everyones' Rat Loaders... still can't get it back.
