Can't Kick or Ban Crew Members

About 2 weeks ago I noticed that I can't change the rank titles of my crew, not even the crew description. No matter if I tried it on my smartphone or PC, it kept saying "An error occured. Please try again." Today it's still the same.

 

Now I have another problem, there's a player in my crew who needs to get banned since he's sabotaging and killing crew members, which is not allowed in my crew. Every time I ban him in the crew hierarchy settings, nothing happens, I get no error or success message and he remains in the crew.

 

Is this a known bug and is there another way or trick to ban or at least kick crew members, or can't I do anything?

This will sound as a really stupid answer, but it works. In social club go to the bottom and change language. If you have it in German change to English. It should work now.

 

I tried changing color and crew titles 4 days ago and got same error (in Spanish), so I changed to English and it worked.
