Andreas
Have you reinstalled the app yet? If not, try it and see if it will work then. Is your device compatible with it? If not, follow the steps seen in this thread in order to use the app nonetheless. Moved to Help & Support. Solution Wylight Posted August 17, 2014 Solution Share Posted August 17, 2014 (edited) Well as I said above i downloaded it on my computer via bluestacks so no chance of it being incompatible BlueStacks is a big piece of sh*t, a bad joke honestly. There are barely any apps that actually work properly. If you have a fast computer Id recommend you try out Genymotion which is a TRUE Android Emulator that lets you emulate specifical devices with a specific Android version of your choice. It's a bit more complicated because it serves the same purpose as the offical Android Development Kit, both of them will work as well and like I said, it emulates Android OS itself in form of a virtual device so the apps will recognize it as being the specifical model you've chosen and it will also act like so, you can also costumize the specs of the device I other words, Genymotion and the offical Android Dev Kit allow you to create a fully functional Android virtual device with custom specs and it will act accordingly while Bluestacks is some half-assed software that is not even a fully fleshed emulator. Last but not least, both the Android Dev Kit and Genymotion require better computer specs than BlueStacks so you'll need a decently fast computer to operate them properly. Hope this helped Edited August 17, 2014 by Skizzo45
