olli43 is a pretty good GTA youtuber in my opinion. He's not annoying, has a good humor unlike the others and for the most part is GTA videos unlike Boss who if I recall did a video on about some event?

I like to think of Olli43 as the grandfather of the current crop of GTA V youtubers when he first started doing those videos back in 2012 lots of his stuff was from fake rumors and misinformation sure the game wasn't out yet and we hardly knew anything about it but that planted the seeds for what we have now.

I have often thought of starting a YouTube account for GTA V but have been afraid of the negativity that they do get! But if I ever did decide to do it I would have complete collaboration from whoever posted info that I wanted to include! I'm still on the fence about it though

As long as you post unique content, and don't beg for likes then you should be fine. Don't just make the same video that 10 other YouTubers just posted, cause that gets stale .

I don't mean to cross-post but I feel as if what I posted in the Online section also belongs here, This discussion was happening over in the GTAOnline part of the forums where a few people were talking about a "Youtuber" using their Snapmatic and even going as far to copy their designs from the stolen Snapmatic and hide from the public how they came up with the design. From what I saw in the picutres the colour of the car used in the snapmatic was changed (I think it was white in the photo) but the Youtuber had their car as black but copied every other detail from the picture.

 

The paragraph I wrote down below through focuses on 2 tweets posted by user XS over in the online section. XS posted 2 tweets in the discussion from a talk that He/She had with MrBossFTW back in October last year and the story here is that there's Scumbags beliving that it's fine to steal / copy other peoples content for the heck of it and not give credit or information where due.. I have to say I'm with XS on this one and it's not the first time MrsleezeFTW has stolen something else and "Forgotten to give credit" he's even done the same to GTASeriesVideos which I assume most of you know of, Source - https://twitter.com/gtaseries/status/657914837784207360

Either f*cking credit people when you use their content / media or be prepared to get sh*t stormed on and even more hate.

As for OP... Meh.

 

Depends on the creator. I really enjoy the machinima type channels. Some out there are truly talented and they inspire me to TRY and make videos of my own. I fail horribly, but hey! It's fun.

 

Not a fan of most that sit in front of a facecam. Or the click baiters. Or the money glitchers. etc. I thought the 'smash 4 likes' thing was just some cruel joke until I watched a video last night and the guy said 'Smash dat like button' like 40 times. Wtf, I heard you the first time!

 

I think the people that make videos for fun or for the sake of playing, or for their own amusement, are usually the most genuine. Those in it strictly for money tend to have very shallow and uninteresting content. >.<

10phenoixgamer is fairy new on the scene but is by far the most entertaining to me with his #GTABS videos where he calls out all the YouTubers who post misleading titles or just ramble on in their videos just to fill the time. Great original idea and executed quite well in my opinion.

 

On the flip side all YouTubers do is come on here Reddit and se7ensins to rip off people's content they have either found or have just posted to be social.

They're stupid. every f******* video is the same. 40 youtubers on 70 who does GTAV videos are kid.

Because they want more views and money because they're too lazy to get an actual job that contributes to the greater good of society instead of entertaining other slackers with nothing more than gameplay footage they talk over.

I deliver pizzas. It isn't making the world any better, but I'm providing a service and I'm not stagnating. You're right, not a whole lot of jobs do a whole lot for the betterment of society, but that doesn't mean they don't contribute to it like public works, 9-5 business sh*t, etc. But even then, all those are actual jobs that contribute other than entertaining some 12 year olds for a few minutes.I would argue that pizza is worse for people than video game commentary.

I hate it when im watching good GTA youtubers like GTASeriesVideos, Broughy1322, and VannosGaming, and instead of seeing videos from them on the recomended tab, i end up seeing sh*t like ZackCoxTV, iCrazyTeddy, and Noughtsfourpointlive instead.
