because gta online is its own game. gta 4 just had a freestyle multiplayer. nothing to buy, no missions, no custom characters. the only thing you could do was kill each other or screw around in free mode.

 

And the R* employees weren't raping their players

Twitter has no reason to ban him.

Youtube probably thinks he's awesome because of the revenue.

EDIT: His menu is private, as far as I know, he hasn't released it. There's others that try to make his menu and release them to public usage.

Hi, I’ve seen the video already and I’m not surprised by it at all..knew this was coming. He and his fans kept spamming my chat so my mods timed him out. Eventually he did the stupid mod sh*t, including simulating rape on my character (which isn’t shown in the video but he posted a pic of it on twitter). I don’t see the humor in any of this…a UFO appearing and my car going up into the air isn’t funny to me; I thought it was lame. It takes awhile to get a lobby going in GTA and it’s annoying when some idiot ruins the fun for everyone. Viewers come first in my stream and I’m still going to do open lobbies (may have to take a break after this video) because I want to give everyone a chance to play. I’m pretty much disgusted with the comments, but like the video, all of it is expected…Chrome keeps saying I was rude to my fans. My mods were timing out Chrome and his friends for spamming and even if they weren’t timed out, Chrome still would have done this. I don’t feel like there’s much I can do and the last thing I want is his stupid fans coming after me. I could report his gamer tag to Microsoft and/or report the video to youtube for defamation of character. There’s a way to troll without being a dick; like just looking at your GTA Frozen video. Now If I had saw Anna in my game I would have actually laughed.

I think the people who promote these kind of mods should be banned if their GT/PSN account is shown. The video is a clear proof that their are violating some EULA rule. I don`t understand why R* isn`t taking a serious action? As long as these guys don`t get banned people will keep modding because "if it`s been so long and these guys are not banned, I should mod too, I won`t get punished anyways". But if R* takes action and goes through the banning steps, and give the appropriate punishment for the 1st and 2nd time offenders then players might not use them as they would be more worried about their account being punished for it. Of course there will always be people who won`t give a damn about it and keep modding anyways, but overall there would be less of these modders. Yes R* will lose players from this banning, but will they lose money? No, because while a legit player could be a potential shark card purchaser, the modders are not and won`t be with all their modded billions. So I don`t really understand why would R* keep these guys around? They are not bringing any profit for them and in fact these modders drive players away from GTA Online. Look at the current situation - god mods, money lobbies etc etc. People are warned that they should not go into public lobbies as they might risk on running into these modders and potentially receive all this money from them which in the end might result in the questioning in the players legitimacy.

 

Currently I am worried about what happens when PC comes out. Console mods are limited to what they are, while on PC you can run as far as you want. Some say that PC has a more mature playerbase thus we will see less of these game breaking modders. I don`t believe that. Maybe in US that could be the case, but here in Europe? I don`t think so. With all the Russian players around I think we will see so many modders that the only way to play is in an invite only lobby with friends or crew members. I am really hoping that R* will add a great anti-cheat system or they will be more strict on these modders.

 

I would understand mods that are creating and fun, like the UFO one or something, but mods that force player to do a certain animation or blocking their garages is just a pure "being an asshole".
