Umm has everyone forgot the point of crews in Online?

 

R* said the heists were to be done only with crew members. I doubt your crew members would screw you over let alone even having the option to stab them in the back in the first place.

The amount of people dealing with crew members back-stabbing their own members kinda pokes hole in your logic.

 

I never heard of back stabbing members. This would be the first, then

 

 

It depends. On a private friend crew sure, but on a large public (we take anyone!) crew it's just a label.

If randoms cant even help with a Simeon mission on my nooby account I doubt they will be able to do a heist. I'll likely only do heists with a couple friends, assuming heists are actually worth doing.

This is why doing your heists with a crew must happen, f*ck going with a bunch of randoms. Don't play certain missions or jobs unless someone you know is willing to band with you.

Rumours suggest otherwise; it is not to be relied upon but judging the animations and mechanics suggested there is no reason for it to not work on a previous generation system.

What if I single heists OP?

Doubtful; heists are said to be designed specifically on co-operative gameplay.

I make more money doing races, missions and survival by myself than with random players. I know that will be the case with heists. I'm more interested in the amount we will be stealing. Even though I don't really need the money I would like it to be a couple 100k.

I watched my friend play The Los Santos Connection with a bunch of randoms, and it was so bad. While she played very rationally, the other players just dicked around, and at the very end they went in all guns blazing, got other players killed, only to eventually get themselves killed for being so f*cking stupid. I f*cking hate the players that just *cannot* sit still and co-operate with pacing.

I'm particularly concerned about a random getaway driver. I play with the same friend most of the time. And we've agreed that one of us should always be the getaway driver. Because if the random crashes into a wall and we're cornered everyone's dead. What do you guys think?

 

Yeah, I'm nominating myself as the getaway driver for any heist I do since I'm an excellent driver in GTA. I'm not just tooting my own horn, I'm just aware of my own ability.

 

Plus, at the end of the day, I still trust myself more than other players, if they can get us that far, I'm confident I'm more than capable of taking it the rest of the way home.

Heists seem to build on the idea of precise co-op game play, which is somewhat non-existent in GTAO unless you're in a crew or group of friends who are really strapped.

 

I highly doubt something they're developing so hard with co-op is going to be made easy. I can imagine the game will penalise you for your failure in Heists.

I'll give randoms a shot, as I hope people would give me a shot. I'm fairly good at this game, and I have met random people who could hold their own just as well.

There are five different crews to make heist teams for. So teaming up with randoms would really be the bottom of the barrel.
