You've got a point. Guess, it could be kinda' strict to counter that. Set objectives to the Heist, and no friendly fire. If someone goes away from the Heist etc, they are kicked. Bit like how in a Survival if you go out of bounds for too long, or don't contribute you can be kicked.

I ain't having any randoms in my heists and I want heists to be level locked at 100-120 to ensure theres no low levels on the heist with me I plan on doing heists with my crew members

If there aren't enough friends or crew members online at the time then I guess I'll have to... but I've already decided I'm going to do my best to be designated as the getaway driver on any heists I play so I shouldn't have a problem with randoms crashing into walls

No..No don't you know everyone on here are perfect at missions? No one ever fails, they always complete it on the first try.

Only accept mission invites from people in lobby who have JP's beside their names. Or if I'm in a random quick job & it's one other lonesome dude. By & large those people want the mission to succeed.

If I'm in a job w/other people who know each other I'd quit, too often it's ended up being annoying. Will prob use same approach if heists ever come out.

Not as a getaway driver, but I'd trust a random as literally anything else. I once had someone drive me somewhere, and they literally just kept slamming into walls instead of braking and turning.
