A More Realistic Experience

I was just thinking the other day how much more realistic GTA could be. One of the experiences I would like to, well... experience, is filling up your car's gas tank. I know you can shoot a gas tank on the gas spills out and then your car dies. But it's kinda funny how there isn't a gas tank to fill in the first place or shoot like you could in GTA San Andreas. I just think it would be kinda cool. Lol.

 

What more realistic kind of stuff would you want?

Old school low riding go kart with no roll bars like in san andreas, and the ability to use a bat on a motor cycle like in lost and the damned

OT: It would be nice to see more interiors, as well as functional speedometers and such in cars. First person view would add a nice touch as well.

cool at first but then it would become annoying since it's an obligation

 

realisticly, if i'm paying for a mechanic, making sure i always have a full tank it's his job.

Would be cool if it turned out, NPC's car fuel was random too, for example if you steal one next to a gas station, it could be full, or it could be nearly empty as they were about to go in.. so you may not get very far with a stolen car haha.

 

But I don't like stealing cars however blowing them up, killing people, police chases etc, that's cool, but stealing cars, nah, I don't like doing that makes me feel bad haha.

 

 

(Kidding, I steal cars all the time but I do prefer my PV over others)

I'd say a few shots would have to do for online. That would be unfair. I mean they took away the destroyed car physics online. You can drive the car in any condition unlike SP.

Yeah. I do like what you said though with the cars at the station. It would make it more tense though hoping for a car with a full or half tank.

The whole stuffing cash into your phone thing really urks me. SO MUCH FAIL all because some kids cried about having to use an atm...

Hahaha! I know. Like their's no point to ATMs. I'd like to use 'em. I've only used 2. The one at Paleto Bay, and the strip club. LOL.

Yea and then you'll die when get shot. And then the story will be stuck if you haven't finished SP. Then if all 3 characters die, your save data will be deleted, your console will break the disk, and self destruct. To tell you "It's over".

i would like gasoline. and before people say "you will run out of gas in a cop chase", mafia did it fine. it took 10 minutes for the tank to empty, i have never been in a chase for 10 minutes at all. so it could work.

Honestly the only thing I can think of is not being able to deposit and withdrawal money with the phone. Would rather having to go to ATMs be mandatory, as it would feel a bit more immersive.

Nice idea, I could see this being added to GTA 6

stealing cars with random tank levels would make for some very interesting gameplay

 

 

I have one/sum.

Player Characters should ragdoll when shot, like the NPCs

Player Characters should have NPC health

There should be more consequences for using Guns, and Explosives. not to push the game into Warrior territory.

seeing as its practically based on LA, how about some blinding smog and millions of homeless people, and uhh maybe expand franklins neighborhood to pretty much the entire map haha

I would never want this to be honest. It's gotten to the point where I get annoyed if GTAO decides to randomly start me at the Lighthouse or something after a mission, and I have to travel across the map. If I had to fill up again as well, I'd find it tedious after a while.

It would give you a chance to Explore the map, do some crosscountry traveling, plus there are taxi's

plus there could be a option for mechanic to bring gas.

 

I hope Rockstar goes all out with Realism in the Next Gta

i liked the fitness idea in SA, if you get hungry you eat and if you eat too much you goto the gym and you get fit you can pack a few pounds of muscle on top. sweet idea to have more reason to get out of your apartment or your car to fill it with gas even. i think that if the gas was a maybe for the game i'd make its durability 2 gta days. unless you use it heaps.

i also think we need more variety in alcohol, because i am currently an alcoholic and a strip club visitor.

will perk the game up for us role players. not everyone likes to waste their lives shooting others.

Definitely agree with the Gym and Fitness. I don't like how this game sort of took a step back with that, no Gyms and you can't enter a Cluckin Bell or Burger Shot. A Gym would have been great for Online, everyone would have a different kind of build, and GTAO Characters wouldn't just all look the same shape and build, as that really blows.
