Anyone seen this before?

Ok so I just bought the 10 car garage by the airport, switching from the 6, drove in & I see this bullsh*t.

 

Gets worse too... I walk out & walk back in, and I got completely stuck there, & was forced to suicide. After I respawn, I notice I am spawned in north hollywood, even though I died in my garage in the airport....

Yea just joined a mission earlier and started in someone's garage. This crap was in there but only one guy was stuck in it. He stayed there through the whole mission. I don't have a clue what it is.

I came across this last night, the apology was for the tools who come and tear you a new one for sharing something they know already..

Wouldn't the rape issue be a bit more preferable, considering you can get out of it via a new session without it staying with you (mentally, not physically).

Funnily enough, I saw this as well tonight. I just got in a car and drove out as normal and it was gone next time I went back. I take back what I said earlier about things following you from session to session. I have experienced that with asteroids and just assumed it was anything that some twat kid had pushed into the map.

Let me propose something, in the highly unlikely situation that a rape victim plays this game, & gets virtually raped, which could possibly cause more psychological damage... Are you trying to tell me Rockstar would not have a possible & plausible lawsuit on their hands?

Glad to see it's not just me. I took several pictures when I played yesterday with something similar in my garage. I heard it has something to do with modders going into lobbies and doing stuff. I don't know what it is they do exactly, but that thing apparently follows you if you jump between lobbies, or so I heard. I didn't test it myself. Hopefully Rockstar fixes it.

I would think a real rape victim is more likely to make the issue more widespread in the hope of making Rockstar remove it to prevent other victims from experiencing the same thing.

Yea about 26 times today, though I think R* fixed it on the servers I've been logging onto. I havn't seen the car compactor in over 3 hours now. Now that I've jinxed myself, it'll probably be in my garage for the next 5 days lol.

Yeah I know what you mean, and it is a hypothetical situation we are talking about, but it was merely to make a case.

 

There are of course some people who are able to use platforms to help prevent certain issues as a way of "getting over" or suppressing their own issues, if that makes sense.

The point was you only have to change the session, these things however follow you into the next lobby... Nothing was said about suing or boycotting the game.

It appears to be affecting the 10 Car Garages from the Snapmatics I have seen...basically all 10 Car Garages are located below the red cubes in Legion Square so if a Script user glitches into the generic area and spawns the Car Compactor it will appear in all 10 Car Garages of people in the session. Hence why it can affect both of your 10 Car Garages even if they are located in separate Apartment blocks.

 

*This seems consistent with the little I know about these things.
