Does anyone race the correct way?

I think someone suggested this already, but over at Apex Stalkers we all race clean without slipstream or catch up. GTAO is actually an amazing racing game when you race like that.

 

And on top of that you have an almost unlimited amount of racing tracks. Some of the guys in our crew have made some really great tracks for racing - none of them featuring countless ramps or other nonsense

It's amazing that almost everyone who posted on this thread is a clean racer who never loses!

 

Personally, I just race when i feel like it. If I get pitted, so be it. It's GTA.

Most of us learned pretty eral on the racing with randoms is nothing but trouble.

Best way to hook up with clean racers is to join a crew, or just friend one of the senior members.

Pretty much that, Start one of your own or message the full lobby to find the good players and start a race lobby and invite them.

 

Yes I race correctly, If I see someone catching up in my rear view mirror I'll try to block them but if they're going fast enough I'll just let them by then try my best to overtake them in the next corner, Which actually really works in super races I've overtaken so many Zentorno's in the corners with my cheetah great for making the kiddies rage. The fact of the matter is that barely any good racers race anymore due to ratio of dirty to clean racers being something like 5:1 which means that in a full 16 player lobby there will be a minimum of 3 clean/good racers.

Might have to check out some of your tracks, been looking for some new ones to play with the crew!We have a gallery on the forum with our own Apex Stalkers Verified Tracks and a Apex Stalkers Track Library. You'll find many good tracks in there. Some of the creators featured in those galleries also have many more great tracks.

 

I also know that some of the guys over at Red Rum Racing make some really great tracks too. So there's never really a shortage of fun tracks to race on
