plaeto bay , or you mom's ass , really i always find one at paleto bay near my house ..

I'm on Xbox too sorry :(. But your best bet is starting the survival 'Sandy Survival' and just playing through it and respawning at andy shores it doesn't matter if you die as long as you start it and then respawn at sandy shores after you finish.

 

If you do it right you'll normally see either Sultan's, Voodoo's and maybe even Surano's.
