Hello and Welcome to my concept! "Grand Theft Auto: Vicio Imperia" (Improper Spanish Translation of Vice Empire) is my latest concept thread. After the overwhelming success of GTA V the latest installment takes players from the sun soaked beaches of the West Coast to the Sunk Soaked beaches of the East Coast. Featuring a sprawling recreation of the Miami Metropolitan area and a huge swath of of South Florida Countryside and small towns Including the Florida Keys as well as a few surprises along the way this is the largest and most featured map in the history of Grand Theft Auto. The massive map combined with the fully featured and expansive Single player experience as well as more than Doubling the content of GTA: Online guarantees a terriffic entertainment package for gamers from all walks of life.

The single player story of Grand Theft Auto: Vicio Imperia follows 29 year old Javier Hernandez. A former member of the Cuban millitary who was wrongly convicted of stealing from a fellow soldier and sentanced to life in Prison. But after 6 years in a brutal Cuban prison he was able to Stage a daring escape in order to meet up with his Brother in Vice City. Javier's brother Hector has been living in Vice City for the past 3 years and holds an American green card due to the work he has done for a local drug lord. The events of the game pick up right as Javier arrives in the United States after a grueling trip by raft from the shores of Cuba. Penniless and with little to no contacts in his new home Javier sets off to pursue his American dream no matter what the requirements or the cost are.

On behalf of the South Tampico board of tourism and the people of the great state of Tampico we would like to welcome you to our neighborhood!

Vicio Imperia is set in a modern day rendition of South Tampico. Including It's principal city Vice City and several outlying towns and suburban development around Vice City. Vice City on its own is the largest city Rockstar has ever created. Blowing away both Liberty City and Los Santos in both size and detail. And is hardly comparable to the rendition seen in Grand Theft Auto: Vice City. The map includes everything from sun soaked beaches to thick gator infested swamp. Including a few towns lying outside of the city limits of VC. These towns have their own character as well as their own police force. Below is a breakdown of the different municipalities found in South Tampico.

Vice City
Population: 3,200,000
Mayor: Julio Cruz
Founded: 1832

The principal city of the Vice City metropolitan area and the largest city in Tampico. A 1996 referendum placed all of Vice County within the city limits of Vice City thus greatly increasing the population of the city and placing a huge portion of it's suburbs within the city limits. Once known nationally as the Cocaine capital of the world the city took great measures during the 80s and 90s in order to clean up it's image and re brand itself as a city suitable for families and retirees alike. This has lead to a dramatic increase in police presence and response times but that doesn't mean the city is crime free. Not even close. Vice City still maintains one of the highest rates of homicide and drug related arrests in the country. And it's well known that significant amounts of Cocaine still flows through the ports of the city every day and is sent off to markets all along the East Coast and Midwest and even reaching as far west as Los Santos in some cases. This has made several of the cities residents wealthy by acting as middle men and has turned large portions of the city into a battle ground for control of territory and power over the trade. The city is also an example of the great disparity of the haves and have nots in modern day society. Expensive sports cars and luxury condominiums are a common sight on the streets of South Beach but the exact opposite can be said about places like Little Havana and Little Haiti. Where poverty is common place and everyday is a deadly fight to survive for many of their residents.

Notable Vice City Landmarks

Leaf Links Golf Course

Home to several events on the American Golf Tour this course is considered to be one of the most challenging and well maintained on the East Coast. The course was recently purchased by Dubai born Billionaire playboy Yusuf Amir (Who also purchased several plots of land next to the course) for an undisclosed sum. We at the South Tampico tourism board ask you to please ignore the dead body floating in the water trap on the 9th hole.

FlyUS Arena

Home of the Vice City Beach basketball team this state of the art arena is located in beautiful Downtown Vice right along the bay. The Beach have achieved great success as of late winning several league championships and stealing the best player in the game from his cold depressed hometown in the Midwest. Good for you DeSean Haines.

Ocean Beach

Ocean Beach maintains its position as one of the premier tourist destinations in the world. Internationally known as a place one can go to see some of the most beautiful Architecture, Cars, And Women the world has to offer. The beach stretches along almost the entire length of the island but South Beach is definitely the place to be and be seen. Ocean drive is home to several of the world's finest Hotels, Restaurants, And Clubs.

Vice Point Mall

One of the largest and most fully featured malls in the southeast. Home to several top of the line clothing stores this mall is sure to have what the wealthy investor or drug dealer needs to make sure everyone in the world knows he's a dick. Of course there are other options for shopping that include more "affordable" attire. Several of the clothing stores that can be found in the mall include Perseus, Ponsonbys, ProLaps, And Binco. The mall also features a home furnishings store where one can preview several items of furniture and decor before they chose to put it in their home.

Fort Seminole
Population: 220,000
Mayor: Steve Toms
Founded: 1888

Located immediately north of the city limits of Vice City this moderate sized city maintains a far more suburban character in look and feel. It even has its own mini version of Vice Beach but is nothing in comparison. Fort Seminole is mainly populated by old retirees or people who can't keep up with the hustle and bustle of Vice City. But that doesn't mean it is immune to crime. It has always found itself being drug into whatever was affecting Vice City and that has carried over into modern times. Several gangs operate out of the city and make large sums of money selling to the suburbanites. This has led to an increase in violent crime.

Aloe Beach
Population: 45,672
Mayor: Henry Howard
Founded: 1915

An old resort town where the wealthy of Vice City would head out to for some R&R. Several historic properties line the beach front and the town is far sleepier and quieter than the larger cities to it's south.

Orakaton
Population: 37,235
Mayor: Lee Smith
Founded: 1949

Welcome to the true south. Home to some of the finest Southern Hospitality around making this inland city an ideal place for the VC resident looking to escape the beauty and bustle of the beach and step back into a more simpler time. When marriage between first cousins was the norm and having a couch sitting on your front lawn right next to the rusted out Bravado on blocks was a badge of honor. While we encourage you to take in the sights and sounds we please ask that you refrain from gawking too heavily at the locals.

Oeste Key
Population: 24,389
Mayor: Julian Macho
Founded: 1803

One of the oldest settlements in Tampico. This island city is legendary across the nation for being a tourist hotbed. Everything from Exchange Street Millionaires to retirees from the Midwest like to spend some leisure time here and time share condominiums are common. The cities docks and airport also serve a lesser known role as a cocaine smuggling point. While not as big of a port as Vice City the city still sees it's fair share of drugs passing through.

Counties and local jurisdiction
The area of Tampico you will be visiting is essentially divided into five counties. These counties each maintain their own Police/Fire/EMT services and have their own impound garages. An abandoned will show up in that particular County's Impound garage.

Vice County
the most populous county in the state and includes all of the Vice City urban area inside of the I-895 freeway to the west and north and ends at the cities northern border with the city limits of Fort Seminole and county line of Dansell County. All of the county is patrolled by the Vice City police department since the entire county is under the jurisdiction of the city of Vice City. The Impound lot for the county is located in Little Haiti and the central police station is located Downtown.

Dansell County
Located in the northeastern part of the region this county stretches from the city limits of Vice City to it's south all the way up to Aloe Beach in the north and extends as far west as Lake LaBelle and LaBelle Marsh to the West where it's border is defined as the LaBelle river. It's southern border outside of the Vice City freeway loop is State Road 27 which runs near Lake Hester. The county is mostly thick forest and tree cover and includes some swamp as well. The County Impound garage is located in Downtown Fort Seminole and is connected to the central Police Station.

Okacheenie County
Located in the Northwestern part of the region this county includes all of Lake LaBelle and LaBelle marsh where it borders Dansell County at the LaBelle river. It then extends as far south as State Road 27 and State Road 227 as it cuts a Southwest-Northeast angle. Orakaton is the only city and developed part of the county with the reast being mostly backwoods swamp and tree cover. The County Impound Lot is located in Orakaton and is directly behind the Central Police Station.

Gatorglades County
Located Completely within the jurisdiction and control of the Federal Bureau of Land and Parks (FBLP) this County is essentially just Gatorglades national park and it's northern boundary is all the way up at State Road 27 and 227 and extends all the way to the Gulf in the south. This is the largest county by land area in the entire state of Tampico but is also the the least populous because it is almost all protected area. The Impound lot and Central Police station can be found at the Gatorglades visitor center.

Keys County
All of the Tampico Keys are located within this county. Laredo Key and Johnson Key are not independent cities and are unincorporated areas within the county. This is the smallest county in the South Tampico region by land areas as most of it's jurisdiction can be defined as water. The County Impound garage and Central Police station are located in Oeste Key

Other Points of Interest
South Tampico is also home to several landmarks outside of it's many towns. Here is a quick rundown of some of the notable ones and what you can expect to find when you visit.

Gatorglades National Park
Covering the largest lowland in the world this massive swamp stretches from the city limits of Vice City in the East all the way to the Gulf on the Western side of the state. Home to a dazzling variety of wildlife one can see everything from Gators to the escaped pet Pythons here. As well as a large selection of birds and fish. Tread carefully when visiting this landmark as hundreds of people have been known to go missing in these parts and a recent spike in the disappearance of visitors has the park Rangers on increased alert. The Park Rangers would also like to add that if you find a suspicious floating package in the park to return it immediately to the Visitor center and to not open it.

Tampico Keys
All of the Keys East of Oeste Key are covered under the municipal boundaries of Keys County. Most of the keys are sparsely populated but one can still find vacation homes located on the islands. The Keys are notorious for being in the direct line of hurricanes and other large storms though so we advise to check the weather forecasts before visiting. But when the weather is nice one can charter a fishing boat from the docks on Stevie Key and enjoy and afternoon of deep sea fishing. At a price of course.

South Tampico State Prison
One of the only Super Max facilities on the East Coast this prison houses some of the state's worst criminals as well as those sentenced to death. It is said that escape is impossible so don't even consider attempting to bust your buddies out no matter how much your brother begs you.

Ft. Marten Airbase
A large air force base located in the swamps north of Vice City this airbase is one of the last lines of defense against airborne terrorism. With several fighter jets ready to scramble at a moments notice consider this a fair warning to anyone that wishes to cause trouble in the skies above Tampico.

Vicio Imperia features a wide range of weaponry that Javier can utilize to take care of business. Ranging from melee weapons to advanced military hardware. There have also been some changes made to the way weapons are carried and handled.

Purchasing Weapons
ammunation_logo.jpg

Ammu-Nation returns once again to Vicio Imperia as a means of purchasing weapons and weapon upgrades. Ammu-Nation stores can be found all throughout the state so you will never be too far from being able to acquire some personal protection. This stores work essentially the same as the ones seen in GTA V. You approach the counter to view the available weapons for purchase and view upgrades available for each specific weapon. Some locations also have a shooting range where you can participate in the shooting challenge.

350px-ScrewThis-GTAVC-exterior.jpg

Melee Weapons are now purchased at Screw This Hardware stores as seen in the original Vice City. You enter the store and approach the counter to get a run through of the available weapons for purchase. Very similar to the Ammu-Nation set up but with Melee weapons.

Weapons Wheel/Weapon Stashes
GTA: Vicio Imperia changes things up a bit when it comes to carrying weapons around. This time around you can only carry 4 weapons at any given time. Very similar to the system seen in Max Payne 3 (See Below Image). You can only carry one weapon in each slot and only certain weapons can be carried in each slot. The system breaks down like this..

Top Quarter: Pistols, Melee, SMGs
Left Quarter: Assault Rifles, Heavy Weapons
Right Quarter: Sniper Rifles, Shotguns
Bottom Quarter: Thrown Weapons, Special Equipment

WeaponWheel.png

Since you can only carry 4 weapons at any given time that means you have to store the other weapons you own in a weapon stash. These stashes are located in every safehouse and you can purchase even larger ones as you go along. Some safehouses come with a small one to start off and some safehouses come with large stashes to start off with it all depends on the luxury level of the house. There is also a weapon stash in the trunk of every vehicle you own legally. You choose which home stash to link to your vehicles in the Empire Menu (Which we will get to later on) Overall the system works similar to the one seen in Scarface: The World Is Yours.

You can also dual wield weapons in Vicio Imperia similar to Max Payne 3. If you have a Pistol or SMG equipped to the top quarter of the weapon wheel and pick up or equip a second gun of the same type then Javier can dual wield. When you are dual wielding lock on is disabled as the left trigger controls the gun in your left hand. Certain Pistols and Certain SMGs are the only weapons you can dual wield.

Melee Weapons
Melee weapons can be both a cheap and effective option for getting the job done. These weapons can commonly be found in the environment as well as purchased at hardware stores throughout the state. Here is a breakdown of the melee weapons you will be encountering in Tampico.

Default Clip: 16 Rounds
Extended Clip: $300 (24 Rounds)

Shotguns
One of the all time favorite classes of weaponry of Criminals, Cops, Soldiers, Mass Shooters, And Rednecks these weapons are by far your best bet for when things are expected to get up close and messy. The gameplay of GTA: Vicio Imperia is similar to GTA: V but upgraded in nearly every sense due to next gen power as well as further development of the RAGE engine. Graphics are phenomenal and can look almost photo realistic at times. Physics have also been upgraded substantially to be even more realistic and enemy AI is extremely intelligent and uses squad tactics and make realistic human decisions in battle. Below is a list of new additions and modifications made to the overall game engine.

-Hundreds of enterable interiors spread all throughout the city and countryside ranging from entire shopping malls to small hole in the wall dive bars and fast food restaurants. Far more interiors and far more detail than any GTA title in the past.

-Tens of Thousands of lines of pedestrian dialogue and you will rarely hear the same thing twice and maybe never. Pedestrian type and behavior as well as dialogue changes dramatically depending on location and time of day.

-Realistic traffic patterns.Traffic density is actually realistic this time and it is is possible to get caught in a traffic jam on a freeway during rush hour or to cause one.

-Better car spawning. You will no longer see 7 of the same car sitting at a stop light anymore. Traffic is scripted to spawn depending on the area. The ghetto will see a lot of lower end and derelict vehicles and the affluent areas will see high end sports cars and luxury vehicles.

-Better enemy AI. Enemies will use flanking and other squad tactics during gunfights.

-Realistic police. The AI is smarter but also more human now so police are no longer magic and can no longer see through walls.

-Small details that bring the world to life like pedestrians littering on the sidewalk. Destructible interiors of some buildings. And an extremely high level of graphical and textural detail all over the map.

More to come later.....

DLOhQeH.png
As said in the introduction GTA: Vicio Imperia takes place in a modern day rendition of Vice City and follows the adventures of Javier Hernandez who is an immigrant from Cuba. Although the bulk of the game takes place in Vice City and the surrounding Tampico swamps and islands there are parts of the game that take place in different locales around the globe. Sort of like the North Yankton events from GTA V.

Story Structure
The story structure of GTA: VI is comparable to the previous games in the series albeit with some noticeable differences. You still progress the story by completing missions that you are free to do at your leisure leaving you to explore the map and complete side activities or just raise hell if you wanted. One of the major differences you will notice is that the story is now divided into several named chapters similar to the other Rockstar game Bully. Each chapter contains a varying amount of missions that must be completed in order to progress the story. Having this structure allows the story to be nudged forward or to skip over time in a quick and efficient manner. It can also serve as a way of moving the story across distance. You may start one chapter anf ind yourself in a completely different part of the map than you were just in or even in a completely different country. Below you will find a breakdown of the different chapters as well as a link to the respective mission.

Prologue
The game actually starts off in Cuba. We find our main character behind bars in a Rundown Brutal looking Cuban jail being led through the jail to his cell and as he and the guards pass through the building the opening credits roll and a dark and somber yet intense sounding instrumental theme plays in the background. The names of developers and other Rockstar staff appear on things in the environment including trash cans. The backs of inmates in cells. Walls, Doors etc. Overall the sequence only takes about 2 minutes to complete. When Javier is finally led to his cell he sits down on his cot and we see he has 4 other prisoners in his tiny cell with him. The music abruptly stops when the cell door clanks shut. Javier lays back on his bed and shuts his eyes and the screen goes dark and we see the words

Rockstar Games Presents
A Rockstar North Production

In the background we hear a low rumble slowly rolling in and as it gets clearer we can hear shouting and gunshots going off. Javier abruptly wakes up and approaches his cell door. He can hear shouting and commotion going on down the hall and a group of guards runs by towards the disturbance. One guard runs in a few seconds behind the group but gets shot in the back by someone off screen. The perpetrator then runs by and we see that it is a prisoner with a stolen pistol. The guard is laying on the ground near the cell and Javier and the other prisoners realize this is their chance so Javier reaches out and pulls the corpse toward the cell door and grabs the guards keys. He tries a couple of keys unsuccessfully until he finds the one that opens the cell door. Here is when you take control of Javier.

Follow Your Cell Mates

The game instructs you to follow your cell mates as they head toward the commotion at the end of the hall. Javier picks up a Baton off the dead guard who he took the keys from and follows the four other inmates down the hall. When they get about 3/4th of the way to the door a single guard comes through the door and knocks out one of the prisoners with his Baton. Javier and the other prisoners attack the guard and make work of him with in quick fashion having the four on one advantage. When they make it through the door we see a short cutscene that shows a full blown riot going on in the courtyard a story below with violence spilling out onto the walkways surrounding the courtyard. The prison is at war and the inmates have the clear man power advantage. The camera then pans up and reveals the sun starting to slowly come up in the East and we see a vast bay and the ocean in the distance. All 4 of the prisoners have the same idea. Follow your cell mates as they take a left and run along the walkway heading in the general direction of the Bay. They duck into a doorway labeled "Escaleras" and go down one flight of stairs to the main level. They stay quick to the wall and try to avoid the free for all going on in the rest of the courtyard but are spotted by a group of guards who come over to attack them with their clubs. Use melee combat to fight off these guards along with your other inmates. After you have dealt with the guards then a few second cutscene shows the head of one of the prisoners being blown off by a sniper up in a tower. Javier and the other two remaining prisoners scramble through a doorway in order to avoid fire and find themselves in the mess hall. They use a mop to barricade the door behind them and run toward the kitchen in the back. Fortunately there is not much going on in this room so Javier and the other 2 prisoners are able to slip into the kitchen. They duck behind the serving counter and one of the prisoners speaks in Spanish with subtitles at the bottom of the screen. "If we can make it to the dock down by water we can steal one of the supply boats the prison uses." The prisoners run through the kitchen and into a back hallway behind the kitchen. Here the find a lone guard running down the hall wand Javier pop out of the shadows and beats him to apulp with his Baton. This is down in a brief cutscene. He picks a Russian Pistol off the guards body and tells the other prisoners to follow him. Run down the hall toward the large metal doors at the end. When you reach them the prisoners find them locked and just when they do a group of three guards with pistols and flashlights turn the corner and begin shooting at the inmates. Killing one of them as Javier and your last remaining companion find cover behind a stack of crates nearby. Use your pistol to open fire on the Guards from cover. They are not very difficult to take down and once you do another guard opens the locked door from the other side to see what is going on. Take down this guard and step through the door.

Find A Way Out Of The Prison

Once you get through the door you find yourself at one of the security checkpoints to enter the building from the outside. The door and checkpoint are unguarded so the inmates are able to step right through and into the exterior yard of the prison. The only obstacle between Javier and the outside world is the steel gate on the prison wall which is being guarded by a sniper in a tower. The other prisoner. Who Javier calls Diego for the first time spots an unattended Barracks truck parked on the other side of the yard. Sneak over there and avoid the Sniper's vision cone (displayed on radar) while crossing the yard. If he spots you he puts a round right through Javier's head killing him instantly. Once you and Diego reach the truck hop in and take the wheel.

Smash The Gate!

Once inside the truck step on the gas and drive toward the main gate. The sniper will begin taking shots at you but his rounds are useless against the armored truck. Once you make it to the gate you will have built up a decent amount of speed and can smash right through the old rusty gate. Javier drives the truck down the dirt road in the middle of the thick jungle toward the boat dock. Once you get all the way down to the dock Javier and Diego spot an unattended Dinghy and hop in. Diego starts the motor and you take control of Javier behind the wheel. Speed off toward the exit to the bay and once you have made it out of the bay Diego tells you to hang a left and head West up the coast for a little while and find a place to pull ashore. You need to drive up the coast for a bout a mile and then you can pull onto a small beach there. Diego and Javier hop off the boat and sit in the shade of a palm tree looking out at the ocean. Diego asks Javier "So What are you going to do now?" to which Javier replies "Go North" The screen then goes black and we hear the game's main theme music play and in the bottom right corner of the screen we see

Good to see this up and running. Liking the location names - Native influenced, right?

The amount of detail you've put into describing each area is crazy. How long have you been looking into this?

Well I started writing it a few months back but only really started typing everything up within the last week or so. I was working on the map for a really long time as well. I originally planned to have it mostly complete before I posted it but I just decided I would post what i had and basically write it all up in public so people can leave comments and suggestions.

Well the place names are kind of random and mostly just stuff I made up that sounded Floridian. Like Okacheenie county. But there is some Spanish in there as well.

Good to see you back in the saddle! There is a great amount of detail, so I can't wait to see what you have in store for the actual missions.

Chapter 1: An American Welcome

Dry Foot

After the events of the prologue which showed our protagonist escaping from prison in Cuba and deciding that he was going to make the trip to Vice City we pick up with him 3 months later. After Javier was able to find a smuggler who was willing to take him on his raft and after about a week floating at see he arrives at the border of US waters. Where his brother is waiting for him in a fishing boat and ready to pluck him out of the water. The time of day is dusk and we can see a fantastic sunset off to the West. A cutscene depicts Javier being pulled aboard the fishing boat and being reuinted with his brother after 6 years of being apart. The cutscene then continues and shows the boat heading North toward the twinkling of lights off in the distance. "Vice City my Hermano, You finally made it" Javier remains silent and just watches the lights grow closer. Hector tells him that he knows a safe place they can dock without being harassed by the feds. The custcene then skips ahead and shows the boat pulling up to a small rickety dock that appears to be somewhere near Vice Port in a dark shadow of the large cargo ships docked at the large port. Javier steps foot off the boat and sets foot on American soil for the first time. A grin comes across his face and Hector leads him to his car parked nearby. A somewhat rusty but still driveable Picador. Hector throws Javier the keys and tells him to celebrate his arrival in America by driving them home.

Drive Home

You take control of Javier behind the wheel of the Picador and the route to Hector's apartment in Little Havana already programed into the GPS. Just follow the GPS route and listen to Hector and Javier converse about his arrival in America and what will come next. Hector says he already has some leads on work that can get Javier some quick pocket change. Not legit by any means but good paying and right up Javier's alley. The two brothers decide they will talk about it in the morning. It isn't a very long drive to hector's apartment which is located in Little Havana on the corner of Chavez St. and 19th ave. About 3 blocks north of the scrapyard. When you arrive at the complex Hector directs you to his reserved parking spot which is located under a sun awning directly in front of his unit. Javier and Hector exit the vehicle and walk up the nearby set of stairs. Hector's apartment is on the second floor right next to his parking spot and can't be missed because of it's bright red door. When you walk into the unit a cutscene begins where Hector shows Javier to the spare room he will be staying in. The game then gives you the run down on saving progress by sleeping in the bed. Changing clothes at the closet. And other ammenties at the apartment such as restoring health with food and drinks from the fridge. As well as other ammenties such as the TV and the dart board hanging on Hector's wall in the living room. Hector tells Javier to get some sleep and then meet up with him at the corner drug store at the end of the block tomorrow morning. Javier lays on his bed and awakens the next morning with a baby blue "H" at the corner drug store a block to the north.

Hector's Errands

The following morning after arriving in Vice City Javier awakens at about 9:30 A.M in his brother's apartment. You can proceed out the door and one block up 19th to the baby blue "H" located at the corner drug store. The cutscene begins the second Javier walks through the door. Javier finds the store to be completely deserted and not a single person in sight not even an employee at the counter. He walks around the store for a few seconds searching for any signs of where everyone went and eventually approaches one of the drink coolers in the back of the store and reaches for a beverage when he hears a sudden crash come from the back room. Javier grabs a baseball bat from a nearby sporting goods display and slowly approaches the back room. He peeks through the slightly ajar door and pushes it open just a crack and sees a man beating another man who is curled up in a ball on the ground. He opens the door and threatens the attacker with the bat but soon realizes it's his brother Hector and the man he is beating is the store owner. "About time you showed up little brother. I started the show without you." says Hector. When the shop owner sees Javier standing with the bat his eyes get big and says "Ok Ok I'll do it just leave me alone!" Hector replies with a "Good choice my friend, My boss will be very pleased to hear that. Now don't get any funny idea now ya hear?" Javier and Hector leave the backroom and walk out the front door of the store. "What the hell was that? What did he have to do? And who the hell is your boss?" asks Javier as him and Hector approach Hector's Picador parked in a side lot. "Don't worry about it little brother just know that Hector got the job done like I always do. Now you drive I got a call to make just head East a ways we got some work to handle out that way. And the GPS displays a location in Vice Port.

Drive To The Warehouse

Follow the GPS route as it leads you East towards a warehouse in Vice Port where Hector says he has some more business to attend to. Along the way he makes a phone call to a mysterious man named "Ace" and tells him that everything went fine and the little problem in Little Havana he was worrying about has been taken care of and that he is on route to his next job. When you arrive at the warehouse in Vice Port Hector instructs you to drive around to the rear parking lot so enter the alleyway next to it and when you pull into the rear lot a cutscene starts in which hector spots 3 men in work overalls standing around a pickup truck on the far end of the lot. Hector leaves the vehicle and approaches the group of men. "What the hell man I thought I told you to stay the f*ck outta here! This is Ace's territory no one else is gonna sell at this warehouse you hear?? Two of the men flee as the man who stays behind draws a knife and Javier jumps out of the vehicle with the baseball bat and charges to help.

Protect Hector!

Use your bat to beat some sense into the guy who threatens your brother. It should only take about 3 or 4 goos hots with the bat to knock him out and once you do you have the opportunity to swap out your bat for the man's hunting knife. But it's completely optional. After you have taken care of him the Hector grabs the body and throws him in the rear of his pickup truck. He digs the keys out of the dead man's pocket and hands them to Javier. He tells him to bring the truck and the corpse to the scrapyard in Little Havana and dispose of both at the crusher. And to give him a call once you are finished. He then hands you an old looking cell phone. In the meantime Hector has some other business to attend to.

Dispose Of The Body

You take control of Javier behind the wheel of the Vapid Sadler pickup truck with a GPS route directing you to the scrapyard. During the drive over there the cops can't see over the side of the pickup truck bed so you don't have to worry about being spotted unless you damage the truck to the point of the tailgate falling off or popping open. So drive carefully or you may receive a wanted level if a cop sees you on your way over to the scrapyard. Once you arrive a brief cutscene shows a man opening the gate for Javier and telling him that he already received a call from Hector that you were on your way over. He tells you to pull the truck into the crusher near the center of the yard and he will do the rest. Once you have pulled the truck into the large yellow crusher a short cutscene shows the worker operating the controls of the crusher and compacting the truck into a small cube. He then hands Javier $350 for the scrap.

Call Hector

Press up on the D-Pad to bring up Javier's Cell Phone. It looks like an old beat up first generation iFruit phone with a crack in one of the corners of the screen. It works the same as Michael's from GTA: V although it looks crappier and the UI is older looking. Open up the contacts app and select the only contact which is Hector. Dial him up and Javier tells him that he took care of the job. Hector tells him to meet him near the pool of their apartment complex when he gets a chance. Another baby blue "H" appears on the map near the pool in the center of the complex.

You know, if you formatted your paragraphs correctly you'd have a pretty damn good thing going here. Like Tyla said, the amount of detail you've got going is pretty awesome. If you like, you should repost this in Writers' Discussion.

Dirty Laundry

After dropping the body off at the scrapyard Javier has the opportunity to meet up with his brother near the pool in the center of their apartment complex. The meeting spot is marked by a baby blue "H" on the radar. When Javier arrives he finds Hector sitting on a picnic table next to the pool smoking a joint. Hector offers some to Javier and he takes a good long drag saying he missed the good stuff when he was in prison. Hector then starts talking about how the days in Cuba were behind them and they were going to make it big in America and the work they are doing now is only the first step. Just then he receives a phone call and answers it Javier looks over at some girls in bikinis as they get ready to take a dip in the pool but before Javier can take a good look Hector interrupts him and tells him that his boss just called and said they can meet up with him to get the pay for the work they did earlier and should leave soon. You regain control of Javier immediately after the cutscene.

Drive To The Strip Club

Hector says that Ace wants to meet them at a skin joint located in South Beach not far from Ocean Drive. SO follow him as he walks into the parking lot and hops into the driver seat of his Picador. He tells Javier to drive so he can continue to learn the roads in Vice City some more. Follow the GPS route as it leads you through Little Havana and past Downtown and across the bridge to South Beach. A long the way Hector tells Javier to act cool around Ace and to just let him do all the talking. He says he is a good guy who pays well but can really screw you over if you get on his bad side. The GPS guides you right to "Club Mariana" located only about one block in from ocean drive. When you arrive pull around to the parking lot in the back and park in the spot that has the destination marker in it. Follow Hector around the corner and towards the main door of the club. The bouncer out front instantly recognizes him and pulls the velvet rope back letting Hector and Javier bypass the line and walk right in. The interior of the club is what you would expect from a South Beach strip joint with 2 separate pole stages and several dancers walking about offering private dances to the patrons. Men throwing money on stage and everything else. Hector approaches the bar and asks the bar tender if he has seen Ace around lately. He tells him that Ace is upstairs in the VIP and Hector slides him a $50 and he drops two drinks on the bar and Hector hands one to Javier. "My Treat Hermano" he says "I'm gonna go upstairs and handle business with Ace, You just hang around down here and enjoy the sites and I'll be down once im done talking to Ace. That is if he don't f*ck us over" To which Javier replies "What do you mean he'll f*ck us over? I thought you said he was straight" Hector just tells him to not worry about it and enjoy himself for a few minutes.

Kill Time Until Hector Returns

Once you regain control of Javier you can take a sip from his drink by pressing the Circle or "B" button at anytime and you can walk around the club. Approach the stage and lean in for a better view or you can accept an offer for a private dance from one of the strippers. Private dances are $40 so keep an eye on how much money you have. You can also approach the bar and get a refill on your drink for $10 and if you drink enough of it you could get a little buzzed but the game won't let you get completely hammered at this point for story purpose. Basically you have to kill about 3.5 real time minutes any way you want and Hector will return after about that time. He find Javier on the floor and tells him that Ace wants to meet him around back and Hector leads Javier through the back door to the alley behind the club near the parking lot you initially parked in. Ace is dressed in an all white suit and appears to be a couple years older than Hector but a little over weight in the face and body. "So you're the brother Hector has been filling my ear about for the past month?" he asks to which Javier replies "Yes sir, It's good to meet you" as he extends his hand for a shake. "Get that sh*t out of here I just asked a question and expected a yes or no answer. Is that so hard?" says Ace as Javier withdraws his hand and gets a somewhat pissed off look on his face. "Hey hey he's new in town cut his ass some slack will ya?" says Hector "He can do good though just give em the work and he can do it man, He's got that military training" to which Ace nods his head and replies "Alright well I got something that could go down within the next couple hours i think you and your brother can handle. You down to go to Little Haiti for some work?" "Hell yeah we are just tell us what we can do it." says Hector to which Ace replies by saying "You gotta head over to an industrial laundry place off of 1st and Skylark. We got a shipment in a couple nights ago that was supposed to end up there and then be delivered by the laundry vans the next day but the deliveries were never made. We think those Laundry f*cks are trying to f*ck us. Probably don't think their cut is big enough or something. But you have to get that shipment back from those pathetic minimum wage earning pieces of sh*t or else sh*ts gonna get real messy down here and we don't want tthat" to which Hector replies "Consider it done were gonna head on over there right now and show those putas who runs this town." Javier and Hector hop into Hector's Picador

Drive To The Launderer

Once you have control of Javier follow the GPS route as it leads you back across the bridge to the mainland and north to Little Haiti. Along the way Javier asks about the cut from yesterday's work and Hector hands him his cut. $250 is automatically added to your total. "I know it ain't much but what we did yesterday was just some low level grunt sh*t. You got days like that where you have to do that sh*t and the money ain't great but it helps out and gets you in good with the boss. But if we pull this job off our pay off will be a lot more than that sh*t" Once you arrive at the Industrial Laundry facility in Little Haiti Hector tells you to pull up near the service entrance so they can get a good look at what's going on and what kind of defense they might run into. He says they shouldn't have any trouble but hands Javier a 9mm pistol just in case. He says their best bet is to sneak in through one of the open loading doors near the vans.

Follow Hector

When you regain control of Javier follow Hector as he stealthily moves through the shadows toward an open service door with light and steam rising out of it on occasion. A brief cutscene shows Hector peek around the corner and tells Javier that the place is pretty empty for the night shift and to follow him. He finds a crowbar and breaks open one of the employee lockers and steals two uniforms out of it. "This dude must of kept a spare around for some reason" the screen fades black for a seconds and when it returns Hector and Javier have changed into the Laundry worker outfits. He says they should be able to walk around without raising too much suspicion but if they stay too long someone is bound to realize they are outsiders. SO they have to find the missing shipment quick. Follow Hector as he walks through the facility which is on it's nighttime skeleton crew but still has a few employees working at the machines here and there. Hector occasionally looks into baskets of both dirty and cleaned laundry but doesn't find anything. He says they would be better off splitting up so they could cover more ground. He tells Javier to check out the other side of the facility and hector will Scan this area.

Search For The Missing Shipment

About 5 pink blips show up on the radar representing piles of laundry to be searched on the far side of the facility. Guide Javier over that way and approach a pile of laundry to have him automatically search though it. You can approach the piles in any order but after you have looked in a couple an employee will walk by and ask who you are and say he doesn't recognize you. Javier responds in broken English "New New just start just start" and the employee walks away and Javier continues his searching. The shipment is always in the 4th pile you search. Javier finds a large brown bag wrapped in twine inside of a pile and rips it a little to reveal a large compressed block of white powder on the inside. He grabs a nearby push cart full of Laundry and throws the box inside and covers it up with towels and other pieces of laundry. Push the cart towards the other end of the facility where hector was searching. When you arrive back at the same area where Hector initially told you to split up you see Hector continuing to rummage through piles of laundry and appearing frustrated. Javier whistles and whispers to get Hector's attention and does so after a couple attempts. He whispers that he found what they were looking for and the two of them walk quickly toward the service entrance they came in through with Javier continuing to push the cart and once they get close they notice that the van parked near the door has it's back doors open with several brown packages similar to the one Javier recovered all in the back. And two men in suits standing behind it talking back in forth "Holy sh*t that's not good man that sh*t ain't good. That dude has f*cked with us before man i recognize him" as Hector starts to go off on how they have to steal that van back. Javier grabs the package out of the push cart and they both run towards the door and the van. As one of the men hands the other a wad of cash and closes the door and the van pulls off. Just as they arrive at the door the van is pulling out of the lot and onto the street headed west. The man in the suit has disappeared.

Chase That Van!

Sprint as fast as you can to Hector's Picador and hop in wait for Hector to hop in and peel out following the laundry van. Once you catch up to it the passenger will open fire on your vehicle with a Mini SMG and Hector returns fire with his pistol. Just focus on driving skillfully and avoid crashing the car during the chase. Hector will stop firing after a couple minutes and say they shouldn't risk damaging the product. He tell Javier to just follow the van and see where it goes so they can fight for it then. So just follow behind the van as it speeds through the streets of Vice City eventually entering into the northern suburbs west of Little Haiti and taking a turn and heading straight south. They eventually arrive in Undertown at a small apartment building. and hop out of the van to open fire on Javier and Hector. Get out of your van and take cover behind it and pop out of the cover when you have a good shot at the men. You and Hector shouldn't have much trouble taking out the two men and once you do a cutscene shows Hector opening the back of the van and seeing the stacks of paper bags. He phones Ace and lets him know they recovered the product and he knows who tried to rip it off he says he will meet in person with him tomorrow to discuss it.

Drive The Product To A Safe Place

After you have secured the product from being ripped off Hector hops in his Picador and says he has to make a quick stop and tells Javier to deliver the van to a Cartel owned safehouse in Little Havana. He will call ahead and let them know you are on your way. Follow the GPS route as it leads you south and across the canal into Little Havana. The safehouse isn't very far from where you were and once you arrive a short cutscene shows Javier pulling the van into the driveway and a man opening the garage allowing Javier to pull right in. He exits the garage and starts walking toward the street when he is met about halfway down the driveway by a beautiful young woman. "So you're Hecto's brother then huh?" she ask to which Javier replies "Yeah I am I just got into town a few days ago. Still getting settled and sh*t. How do you know Hector?" "I've known him for a few month's now. I work with Ace too. Well I'm his niece or something like that but i still do work around here." She says to which Javier replies "Oh damn well what's a fine lady like you do around here then?" "I guess you will just have to find out then I guess, Won't you" She then walks away and goes back inside the house and the mission ends right there with Javier standing at the end of the driveway. Javier calls Hector immediately after the mission and tells him that he got the product to a safe place and everything is all good. He also asks about the girl he met and Hector tells him to forget about her and that no one can get her. Hector tells Javier to meet him at "Club Mariana" tomorrow afternoon which is when he is meeting Ace. Another baby blue "H" will show up on the radar at about 11 A.M the next day.

Naughtius Maximus

Too much effort has been put on this topic... no doubt. Also I like your missions, it seems like it has been written with a different sense of fiction. Especially I liked the last mission, drylaunders' interesting involvement with drug trade. Keep coming with interesting stuff like that, eh. :)

Nice thread we wait. Good working.

Thanks for the kind words mate :^:

Trigger Happy

After dropping the van with the stolen product off at the safehouse in Little Havana Javier can head on over to Club Marina the following morning. The cutscene starts as soon as you walk through the door and inside Javier finds hector standing at the railing of the main stage. He says that Ace wants to meet them up in the VIP as soon as possible.

Follow Hector

After the cutscene follow Hector as he goes up the stairs and enters the VIP section of the strip club. Henry, The owner of the club, Welcomes them in and says Ace has been waiting for them. Javier and hector take a seat next to Ace and the strippers Ace was with disperse as he stuffs some bills into their G strings. "Good work yesterday my friends good work" he says as Hector tells him that they need to go after the suited man they saw at the Laundry who purchased the stolen Cocaine. Ace says that the man they saw is a well respected under boss for a rival drug lord in the city and that killing him directly would be suicide. He tells Javier and Hector that what they need to do is take out a handful of his foot soldiers to slow down his operation and he will take up his issue with him with their lawyer and see what can be done. Maybe a compromise can be worked out but in the meantime Javier and Hector need to stay far away from that man. He tells them that they have his permission to take out some of his foot soldiers who hang out over by the roller rink in North Beach. There should be about 3 of them. He tells them to swing by Ammu-Nation if they need to pick up heat and he hands Hector a stack of bills to purchase the heat with. Javier and Hector leave the VIP and you regain control of Javier.

Go To Ammu-Nation

Follow Hector as he walks out the back door of the strip joint and enters his Picador. Hop in the drivers seat and follow the GPS route as it leads you to the Ammu-Nation located in South Beach about 6 blocks from your location and exit the vehicle once you arrive and walk into the store.

Purchase a Micro SMG

Walk up to the counter and press the indicated button to view the weapons selection that Ammu-Nation currently has. The only weapons available to your currently are the 9mm Pistol, Combat Pistol, And Micro SMG. Select the Micro SMG and press the indicated button to purchase it. You receive the weapon and 100 rounds of Ammo for free (Hector pays for it with Ace's money) If you want you can purchase mods for it and extra ammo if you have any left over cash. Or you can juts back out of the menu and leave the store to continue the mission. Once you get back into the car a short cutscene shows Hector and Javier having a quick conversation on if the killings are justified or not. Hector tells Javier not to worry and that they are justified because "They hit us first. We get to retaliate. Its simple business"

Drive To The Roller Rink

Follow the GPS route as it leads you up north to the roller rink located in North Beach where Ace said the targets will be hanging out. When you arrive you find the place has been abandoned and is up for sale. Hector tells Javier to pull into the back lot and they will go searching for their targets. Pull into the marker and park the Picador and exit the vehicle. A short cutscene shows Hector and Javier exiting the vehicle and sneaking up to a broken window on the loading dock of the building and sneaking through.

Follow Hector

After the cutscene you regain control of Javier as he and Hector are in stealth mode and sneaking through the dark abandoned loading dock area of the Roller Rink. It isn't a very big area and the eventually walk through a door that leads into the main kitchen of the facility. Hector spots a goon standing at a counter snorting a line of cocaine and he sneaks up from behind him and take shim out with a stealth attack. "1 down 2 to go" he says. Follow Hector as he proceeds through the kitchen and eventually out into the main common area of the roller rink. You will see the main skating floor and a dining area as well. A little bit of light is being let in through holes in the ceiling but otherwise the building is fairly dark. Follow Hector as he walks through the dining are and into the arcade. There are several abandoned Arcade games and a large hole in the ceiling letting in a lot of natural light. Hector begins to wonder where everyone is at and says that the guy they encountered in the kitchen couldn't have been the only guy here. As he leaves the Arcade a brief cutscene shows Javier and Hector walking out into the bar area of the facility and Javier grabs a pool stick and starts hitting random balls on an abandoned pool tale. Hector sits down at the bar and starts talking about how he think no one is here and Ace must have had some bad information. Just as he says that the two brothers hear the sounds of a car squealing to a stop outside and the sound of doors opening and being slammed sh*t is heard. The brother jump behind the bar and hide. You regain control of Javier as he and hector are hiding behind the bar. A group of men walk in with a man they have kidnapped. He has a hood over his head and his hands are tied behind his back. He is wearing a uniform from the industrial Laundry facility that hector and Javier were at just the other night. "Who tipped them off??" Says one of the men as he pushes the captive to the ground. "I, I, I don't know who did. It wasn't me!!!!" Say the main from inside his hood. The gangsters beat the man and continue asking questions but the man stays firm and says he has no idea if anyone tipped anyone off. He says that the clients probably became suspicious when their deliveries weren't made and sent some of their men. After hearing that Hector gets angry and starts shooting the men with his Machine Pistol.

Take Out The Thugs

Javier gets angry at Hector but knows he must help out. There are 5 men inside the Roller Rink who will return fire at you with Micro SMGs, Machine Pistols, And regular pistols. Just take them out while remaining behind the bar and after you do a brief cutscene shows Javier and Hector walking over to the kidnapped man and removing his hood. Hector asks him why he betrayed the Cartel and tried to sell to the competing operation. The man says he was pressured into it and that if he didn't do it then they would have killed him anyways. Hector gets angry at this and stomps on his head presumably killing the man. Javier confronts him about this and tells him that killing off a source of information isn't the best idea. Hector just blows him off and tells him that scum like him are the reason they get into messes like this in the first place. Follow hector as he walks back through the kitchen and back into the rear lot of the roller rink. He hops in the Picador and Javier takes the wheel. When you enter the vehicle two cop cars enter the lot and order them to exit the vehicle. "sh*t! They musta heard the shots man we gotta get the f*ck outta here!" says Hector as Javier punches the gas. You regain control of Javier as he is acceleration toward the street.

Lose The Cops

After you exit the lot you have a 3 star wanted level. Hector says he knows a guy with a shop over in South beach who can respray their vehicle and get the cops off their tail. You then receive a GPS route to the South Tampico Customs shop in South Beach. Going there is optional and if you can lose the wanted level without going there than you can continue the mission. But if you can't lose the cops and decide to hit the spray shop you just have to escape the immediate sight of the cops and then the door will open. Pull inside and then select Re-Spray/Lose Wanted Level from the menu that shows up. You can paint the Picador any color you want (And it will stay that way for the rest of the game unless you spray it again) and then the camera pans outside and shows a period of about 3 hours pass and the sun changing position in the sky. When you leave the Spray Shop your wanted level is gone and hector calls Ace. He tells him that they killed a bunch of their rival's men and found out they had been extorting the Laundry workers to sell the stolen product to them. after the phone call is over Hector tells you that Ace wants to meet up at the Scrapyard in Little Havana. Follow the GPS route to the main gate at the scrapyard and a brief cutscene shows Hector and Javier approaching Ace as he leans against his car smoking a cigar. Ace hands each man $1000 and tells them that he will speak with their (Corrupt) legal representation to see how they should proceed with the situation. He says he will get back to Hector as soon as he hears something.

Drive Hector Home.

After the meeting with Ace Hector and Javier hop back in the vehicle. Follow the GPS route the few blocks back to your apartment complex. Along the way hector lets Javier know that the man they are working for his named "Victor Herrera" and that he is one of the most powerful drug bosses in the state with connections to the Mendez cartel in Colombia. The man who tried to rip the off is an employee of one of the other large bosses in the city so Ace will have to speak with Victor's legal team which includes a powerful Lawyer and a Corrupt cop named Bill. When you arrive at the apartment Hector says he is going to head over to a lady friend's apartment for the night and he will give Javier a call when he hears something from Ace. This ends the mission. Immediately after the mission Javier gets a call from an unknown number and automatically answers it. It turns out that it's the girl he met last night and she tells him that her name is Alicia and to come and see her at the safehouse you dropped the shipment off at last night. This puts a Baby Blue "A" on the radar and is your only mission available at this point.

This is excellent!! The only thing I don't really like that much are the location names but that's okay. Maybe I'd put the pictures to show up instead of using links cause some people might find it a little dull to scroll through text only :p

Detective Phelps

Brilliant, brilliant, brilliant!

It would be even better if there is a mission set before the jail break, where Javier is in the Cuban Army. It would be a great tutorial for assault rifles, snipers, and shotguns. The mission would be a flashback, and it would be unlocked when the character has access to rifles.

Good idea, no? :)

Thanks for the input guys. Radio stations as well as TV info, Mini games, Side missions, And vehicle info is coming soon.

I like your idea LSPD. I will defiantly keep that in mind. Maybe at the begging of each chapter I can have a prologue mission that is basically flashback? Have some stuff from Javier's military days like you said. And maybe even some from a childhood or teenage perspective with Javier and Hector back home in Cuba.

I recently started a new job and I have also been trying to write a script for a TV series in most of my free time but I plan on returning to writing this soon.

Frosty

After you receive the call from Alicia you are given a chance to go and see her at the safehouse you dropped the shipment off at during "Dirty Laundry" When you arrive the cutscene starts automatically when you approach either the front or side door of the house. The cutscene plays out largely the same regardless of which door you go to and consists of Javier knocking on the door only to be turned away by the guard. He tries to argue back at the door guard but before he can say much Alicia pulls into the driveway her Blue PMP-600 and yells for Javier to get into the passenger seat. He hesitates for a minute but eventually hops in and Alicia backs out of the driveway. During the drive she explains to Javier that she has received word of a rival gang of dealers who have been rumored to be peddling cartel grade product out in the suburbs to the north of the city. She says these guys are small time but the fact that they are peddling cartel grade product is cause for concern since they have been dealing with thefts lately. She tells Javier that Ace will pay good if he figures anything out and it would also help get Javier and Hector seats at Victor's upcoming meeting. Javier agrees to take the job and Alicia drops him off at a street corner in Little Havana and hands him a piece of paper with the reported address of the dealer's operations and a brief description of the targets.

Head to Vice Gardens

After the cutscene find a vehicle and follow the GPS route as it leads you north of your location and out into the suburban district to the northwest of Vice City. Keep following the route until you arrive at the marker at the end of the street where the reported house address is. Javier finds himself in a moderately affluent suburban area with streets lined with Single Family Homes. Javier parks his vehicle and decides to investigate the house on foot.

Investigate The Address

So after he disembarks his vehicle walk casually along the sidewalk and head toward the marked house about halfway down the block. Don't make any suspicious moves or actions or the local man watering his lawn or the jogging housewife may call the cops on you. Once you reach the marked house Javier notices a red Comet sitting in the driveway "Oh yeah this has to be the place" He decides to head around back and see if he can find anything out. Follow the on screen prompts and markings on the radar to hop the fence on the side of the house and gain access to the backyard. In the backyard of the house you notice a typical pool with cheesy rock landscaping but no one in sight. A short cutscene shows Javier sneaking around the corner and approaching the sliding glass door at the rear of the house. He leans along the wall and peers in. He doesn't see anyone on the inside but can hear the faint sound of hip hop music coming from the upper level. Javier quietly slides the door open and enters the house. You take control of Javier once he is inside the house and he is already in stealth mode. Your directive here is to investigate the house for clues. In the kitchen you will find empty cans of energy drink and "Ass Tasting Beer" In the living room you will find a bong on the coffee table as well as a small pile of high grade cocaine that looks like it was laid out for personal use not long ago. Head upstairs and once you reach the top of the stairs you will notice that the source of the hip hop music is coming from a bedroom at the end of the hall. Javier draws a pistol and walks to the door and opens it. He enters the room with his gun drawn and when he opens the door he finds a mid 20's white guy wearing urban attire sitting at his PC having a wank. After Javier busts through the door the man is startled and falls out of his chair and hits the floor with his pants around his ankles. Javier starts laughing but keeps his gun drawn on the man. The man yells out "WHAT THE f*ck????? WHO THE f*ck ARE YOU???? WHAT DO YOU WANT???" Javier tells him to calm down and to pull up his pants. The man pulls up his pants and shuts off his computer monitor and Javier lowers his pistol. As soon as Javier does that the man tries to make a break for his dresser but Javier once again pulls his pistol on him and he stops. Javier asks him where he got his coke. The man tries to play dumb but breaks down and confesses when Javier points his pistol at him again. He tells Javier that he got the coke from a guy he went to school with. The house is his. The car is his dad's. And that he just wanted to sell some sh*t to make a little extra cash while his parents were on vacation in Europe for the month. He also says that his name is Daniel but everyone calls him Frosty. Javier tells him to show him the man who gave him the coke.

Follow Frosty To The Dealer

Follow Frosty as he walks down the stairs and enters his dad's Comet. Frosty drives as Javier sits in the passenger seat and continues to grill him with questions. Frosty says he doesn't know too much about the guy except that he graduated the same year he did from Vice Gardens high. And that he went to UVC on his dad's money for a couple years but flunked out due to bad grades and has been living at home ever since selling pot and working at Burger Shot so he can buy even more pot. He doesn't know of any connection to the drug underworld at all and that he barely knows the guy. He says that he ran into him at a party and that he gave him a few small bags of some high grade coke he said he "picked up" somewhere. And what you saw on the coffee table was what he hadn't sold yet. The drive over to the other guy's house only takes about 2 minutes and when you arrive Frosty parks on the street in front of the house. He tells you that the dealer can be found inside. Javier says he is going to go investigate and tells Frosty to keep the car warm. Take back control of Javier and head around to the back of the house. Once in the backyard Javier sees an overweight Mid 20's man passed out intoxicated near the pool. Javier tries to wake him up but has no success only getting a few mumbles. As he is turning around to get ready to leave he hears the sound of cars pulling up and screeching to a stop in front of the house. Javier looks around the corner of the house and sees two DEA vans stopped in front of the house.

Escape The DEA!!!

Fighting off that many DEA goons doesn't seem like too great of an idea to Javier so he decides to book it instead. Follow the markers on the radar and they lead you over the fence of the house and into an alleyway behind the house. The alley eventually becomes blocked and Javier ducks into another backyard when he sees a patrol car turning down the alleyway. Run through the backyard and back out to the street. When Javier arrives at the street Frosty pulls up in his Dad's Comet and yells for Javier to hop in. Frosty continues to drive and you take control of Javier as he hangs out the window with a 9mm pistol. You can take shots at the police cars as they follow you but your weapon doesn't do much damage to them. Eventually Frosty starts to have a panic attack and is unable to drive. Javier slides over into the drivers seat and pushes Frosty into the passenger seat. You have a 3 star wanted level to lose so start driving. Luckily you are given a Comet in perfect condition that can easily out run the cop cars. Just use your standard evasive maneuvers to lose the police tail and once you are clear of your wanted level Frosty tell Javier to head back to his parent's house. Follow the GPS to the house and once you arrive Frosty says he is able to take care of himself from here. He parks the car in the garage and tells Javier that he really knows nothing else beyond what he told him and that the guy who gave it to him is probably sitting in Vice County jail right now. Javier gives Frsoty his number and tells him to call him if he hears anything else. He said there could be a reward in it for him. Javier leaves Frosty with a warning to stop selling the Cartel's merchandise and that he is only letting him off easy because he saved his ass back there. This ends the mission and Javier immediately phones Alicia to report the news she says that she will report it to Ace and that she will wire Javier some money for now. She tells you to come see here at her Aunt's restaurant in Little Havana. This places the blue "A" on the radar at the "Mama Matia's" restaurant.
