Sulton is not spawning, need help! XBOX360

Just as the title says. For the life of me, I cannot find a Sulton. I've owned plenty before, but just as I'm looking for one, for hours, multiple lobbies, none ever spawn. And random lobbies aren't helping me.

 

I'm on right now, GT is Twiggz813.

It doesn't spawn because "soltun" isn't even a car xD

 

Go to sandy shores. I found my sultan that way

My second character has two homes in Paleto Bay.

 

I see the Sultans up there regularly parked or in traffic. To the OP, go up there, set your spawn location to last location and then start lobby hopping. You'll find 'em. It's a hotspot for them.
