GTA5 Online Drinking Wine

I saw someone drinking wine in public and I saw a youtube video about a drinking contest.

 

Where do I buy a wine bottle or is this a glitch ? I know you can drink cola as an action. I checked the stores you rob, but only can buy snacks.

You can also buy "Pisswater." which is beer, when you drink it your character holds up a beer bottle and drinks.

Can't drink wine in public. must be a modder using the wine drinking animations outside of the apartment. You can drink wine inside a high end apartment but not anywhere else that I am aware of.

 

You can drink beer anywhere though if you have it in inventory

I once switched to Online while Michael was in the middle of a coffee drinking animation. When I joined, my character was drinking coffee.
