COD Zombies: What's the next step?

After the ending to Origins, where do we go from here? I hope they claim Origins was a stand alone map. It completely messes up the story otherwise. Originally the zombies were created for WWII and suddenly they were just underground during WWI. The way the characters meet is incorrect and I just feel Treyarch wrote themselves into a very horrible corner with Origins. I just want opinions.

I agree. If that was the ending to the zombies saga, I would be thoroughly disappointed.

I would love a stand alone zombies game but I doubt it will happen.

I wish a stand alone Treyarch Zombies game would come out in the future but you know how people wana play that same MP every year. I'm pretty sure I'm done with COD and Battlefield FPS forever now. Ghosts and Battlefield 4 was the final straw for me. If you bought both games and got season passes for both, it costs you around $233. Last time they will get me on that though. I will buy Treyarch Zombies only when it comes to COD from here on out. No clue where that story is going though. I've heard of so many different takes on it, so many opinions, "thats not how it went and when" now that I think they should have just went "Walking Dead" instead of going "Resident Evil". But its different in its own little way. I like it. I love the easter eggs in BO2, but some were tough. Buried with those targets at the end were a pain. Green Run wasn't too bad, probably the easiest one. Die Rise was okay. Mob of the Dead was a good change of pace, god I loved the golden spork and the upgraded tomahawk, Origins was madness, but good madness.

 

I miss Treyarch, I hope they are up to bat next year. I will buy COD if its Treyarch and if they have zombies. I don't think anything has been confirmed as of yet, but I think we will know by the first of 15'. I would probably buy for X1 instead of PS4. X1 will have early access to everything. But then again if I bought it for PS4, that would give guys two weeks of trying to figure out easter eggs, so when the maps did come out for PS4, I wouldn't be trying to figure them out on my own like I did with BO2. Sometimes you just get stuck with easter eggs. You Tube was always a great help.
