Cant sell high end cars

Hey there,

 

Ive been away from gta online for a few months and after coming back I noticed that I cant sell high end (super, sports classics etc) cars anymore. What gives?

rockstar removed the ability to sell any high end cars (i cant sell my entity xf, which is legit and i spammed rooftop rumble on the high life update event for) due to them being used for dupilcation glitches to sell loads of.

Ah that explains why the sell option isn't there for a couple of cars in my garage I don't want, but im not prepared to overwrite and loose $250k, which is a lot for me as I'm poor and only just passed the $1m mark.

It's only affecting one garage. I can sell any super etc from the one at full resale price all purchased legit. My second garage I have 7 high ends 2 Dewbauchees 5 Pegassi, all bought legit wayy after they allowed the sale of high ends. I bring one to LSC and it gives me the 50K limit no sell message.

 

I can still sell the other 3 low end cars in that same garage. I did a test, repurchased my Infernus, and same thing after all the upgrades still 50k no sell message. R* probably put a lock on one garage, or it's a bug.

 

Now if you don't have the sell option at all, means your cars were duped into empty spaces. Meaning you had no insured Rebel in the spot before the dupe was placed. If you had a Rebel there you would be able to sell your Adder lets say from 127-137k around that figure.

 

Also if you SP-MP any car into the game the chances are you won't be able to sell them either. R* is putting allot of things into play before whatever update is being released in the coming week or weeks.

last week R* hotfixed yet another variant of the hooker glitch, in a attempt to stop people from selling duped cars they made high end cars unsellable.

 

yesterday after 3 days of being unsellable, all my cars incluiding the adder bonds were made sellable again.

 

today, my entire fleet is unsellable yet again.

 

gonna have to way!

Im glad I got myself at a good number, im only preparing for thw Hydra, I have no more space for new cars (but of course ill buy it), until r* can properly patch the hooker glitch, they are going to make it unsellable to buy time, they obviously have something big if they are trying hard to end money glitches
