Can't Enter Cuban 800

I spawned into Free Mode from a mission on the Sandy Shores Airfield. I was going to take a plane or helicopter back to LS, but there was nothing there. So I looked in the hangar (the one closest to the street) and there was a Cuban 800!

I almost never see these in Online, so I tried to get inside.... and I couldn't.

I tried everything. Kicking the windows out, shooting the door, and I still couldn't enter it.

Has this ever happened to anyone else?

If you don't complete the gang attack there it stays locked

Might have been some other players plane. Maybe he parked it inside and then got disconnected? After that you found the plane.

 

Since there was no gang attack I dont really know. Havent encountered a locked plane like that myself.

I wish they allowed people to hang on the side of the cuban 800 like how Trevor was in story mode.

 

OT: Yeah, usually they spawn for a gang attack but then it bugs out and you can't do anything with it.

The engine could be knackered. Sometimes happens, can't even see any smoke or anything, but it happens.

It could have been a Pegasus vehicle belonging to someone who left the session?

 

Or the gang attack thing, yeah.

Pegasus vehicles cannot be locked. You have to at the right time and complete the gang attack
