Shorty_F Posted August 12, 2014 Share Posted August 12, 2014 First of all, Andreas and Tiger (and Raavi, the one who is currently getting his cute little ass tanning in Tortugas Island or whatever ), no offense on my side by creating this topic, but in the past I saw so many topics dedicated to.... hum, actually I must admit "just speculation", OK you're right... but keeping sharing info, having a true discussion... is important for such all GTA fans we meet (are) here... at least I guess Especially now that the hype train has gone, without any stop at our station (thks R* and $ony for your true (purely ironic adjective, of course...) support to your best fans... ) and now that topics about gamescom 2014 have been locked one by one. Do we still have one topic, on which we can discuss "freely" ? I mean a "truly free" topic, just like "discussion opened to however wants to participate (provided he has something serious to share, and not only R* to HATE)" ?? We saw various topics taking that direction (of free discussing), like "GTA V and Steam", but would it be possible te create a topic dedicated to... just free discusion ? Andreas Posted August 12, 2014 Share Posted August 12, 2014 (edited) I also don't think there is a point in having a single thread where you can discuss about anything you want, even if it is about, say, the PC version. We have an entire PC section where you can open a topics if they are worth to discuss, provided that the subject hasn't already been covered. There are two pinned threads where you can talk about hardware upgrades and the like, and there are even more threads about it that are not pinned. The GTA V and Steam thread can be used to speculate about the Steam edition and what benefits it will have over the retail version. It's also used for general discussions about Steam, which is fine in my view. I get that you guys are slowly running about about things to talk. There is only so much you can post about the PC version when there hasn't been a single word on it in at least two months. But I don't think that a general discussion thread would help much. It would certainly help attracting spam, but it wouldn't lead to constructive posts. Again, if there is something worth to talk about, then you are free to open a new topic about it.
