Help with making a crew

I'm trying to create a crew on the SC, it keeps telling me the name is taken but when I search nothing comes up.

 

Im trying the use the name the painted ones. (Pict)

 

Anyone else have this problem?

 

Tried contacting them days ago with no response. Ahhhhhhhh

Well this is a bug it happened to me to, you need to refresh the page then type the name you want again if it really isn't used then your good to go.
