Youtubers are dirty peasants who care about subscribers, likes and their income off their videos. It's why there's so much misleading bullsh*t on Youtube.

You realise guys like domislive make substantial income from YouTube. He may never have to work a real job in his life. Not quite peasant level :).

That's a job he'll have until people get fed up with him. No career there.

Do any of you realize that we have had ZERO DLCs so far? It's all just been updates with a fancy name.

DLC = Downloadable content.

Do we download it? Yes. Is it content? Yes. It's DLC.

So cars, clothes, weapons, missions.... yeah, no content there.

> Updates with a fancy name.

An update can bring content with it.

Well I guess we don't agree on the definition of "content". To me, vehicles, weapons, clothing, missions,... are new content.

I didn't say it wasn't new content so I don't understand what you are trying to say.

Omg kids! Everybody still has tons of stolen money. They will not release anything until they wipe the money from all the cheaters. Do you honestly think they would release it just because they patched the money glitch? Even a few of those thieves would've had to buy a cash cards if they wanted something from the DLC. So, it is indeed the people with stolen GTA$ that deserve the blame here. The next update we see will be a money wipe. So thanks loser thief cheaters! 👍

Despite having Disease-isLive having his videos with misleading titles in a desperate attempt for views, there's so much made up nonsense on Youtube about GTA DLC it's hysterical.

Hipster Update is a good example. Despite it's viral leak, it still got released.

Although remembering the Dangerous Business phone call leaks back in november about the Casino, Business Properties, Indoor Bike Arena etc. R* could be postponing until the hype calms down.

Who knows. I'm leaning towards the fact that R* doesn't care if it's leaked or not. They worked on it so why stall it if word got out.

Do research. I'm tired explaining this sh*t over and over again.

As a gamer and someone from this industry, I'm really annoyed by people who don't know the difference between two.

What's up everyone. DouchyMcDouche here to tell you of an intetesting money glitch. Now before I do, first off, here's my character doing the jerk animation. While my character is jerking off for a good 2 - 10 minutes, hit that Like and Subscribe button so I'll be able to continue to update more in the future.

It'll help me a lot and I really, really appreciate if you smack that Like button and Subscribe if you haven't already. As you hit that Like button and my online character jerking off, I like to talk about my theory and rumors I heard from my ass recently.

There was a discovery -<insert a 5 minutes meaningless nonsense comment here>- and that's all for it. Hit that Like and Subscribe for more details in the future.

Okay now that my character is done jerking off, it's time for the money glitch. Head to any store, get close to the cashier, point the gun at him, pistol whip him the second he takes out cash and quickly press the button to open the cash register. If you did it right, you'll have twice as much cash than normal.

Thanks for watching. Hit that Like and Subscribe, don't forget to comment about the video. Until then, see ya.

*insert techno music mostly heard at gay clubs for ending theme*

The only content we received so far was the Creator.

Capture Modes being a new game mode could maybe count but that's about it. All other things we received so far were cosmetic add-on items. So indeed, I agree.

We haven't really received anything too ''real''. Things like the Lester Kill Target function are such a small implementation it's laughable. It probably took a programmer an hour to get that in.

Add text functions from Lester, objective text, timings, select Actor and Vehicle, it's location to spawn and specific amounts of money received and that's it.

Freemode is an advanced lobby to which they use developer Creator tools so adding anything dynamic such as the Kill Target which was abnormally easy.

Users like domislive are tantamount to a conman. They post garbage videos, speculation videos and so on and it lures in users taking vague 'leaks' as 100% confirmed things and fuels his ratings to do more garbage videos. I'm amazed people so easily buy into users who post vague 'CONFERMD LEEK' videos.

I don't think Rockstar would do that.

That being said though, I do think those YouTubers are a bunch of f*ckwits who should go out and get a real job rather than rake in money from making sh*tty videos for 12 year olds who look up to them as if they were Jesus reincarnated.

Even if it gave you easy money?

the f*ck kind of stats are those

23 K to 186 K a year

with margins that big that's not an estimation it's a f*cking geuss XD

Updates & DLC are the SAME thing

I just don't want people to get confused between these two. The difference between two is actually big and pretty obvious. I hope this can help you to understand both Update and DLC.

> What is Update?

Update is a digital package downloaded to your game platform which contains code fixes, additional codings, or even additional assets in order to upgrade your game to the latest version as how the developer intended. Update is always free of charge.

In Multiplayer games, update is compulsory in order to play with other people with the same game version. Some game platforms may feature auto update while some others not. Multiplayer games may not let you play when their server detected your un-updated game.

> What is DLC?

DLC stands for Downloadable Content. In the early days, it was known as Add-On. This feature works as obvious as its name: to add a content on. DLC usually brings new assets to the game.

DLC may be free or paid. Contrary to 'Update', DLC is not necessary to have or purchased in order to continue to play a game. However, developers usually release a patch through Update in order to make the game compatible with this DLC.

> Conclusion

Update is compulsory and brings you patches and possibly additional assets to the game. In order to play multiplayer, a player has to update their game, which usually is auto-download. Update is also free of charge. On the other hand, DLC is not a compulsory thing. DLC brings additional assets, which may be free or charged. Before the game is compatible with the DLC, an Update is usually required to be installed.

Hopefully this read is easy to understand.

Yea while one fixes patches & bugs, in the end they both are CONTENT that has to be DOWNLOADED in order for the user to continue playing online. The Updates in GTA WERE Downloadable & had CONTENT in it such as cars, clothes, guns, & etc. Only thing is R* choose not to label it as DLC but just content.

Guys. Hey guys. You're both right and wrong. A dlc is an update, and an update is dlc. It's all semantics.

In the end, nothing matters. Your family is just gonna mourn over your cold and lifeless corpse and they won't care what you considered dlc or updates.

Not sure if running out of things to argue about or...

I'm just going to continue to call them what R* calls them, Updates or Specials.

You can't play Grand Theft Auto Online without the patch, as you need to download the patch. A DLC is optional. A patch is not.

(Speaking of PS3 here, btw.)

Well maybe i could be wrong because i have XBOX and its different but we are talking GTA right? The update HAS content in it that has to be downloaded which IS qualified as DLC which R* makes free.

On the PlayStation 3 when you start the game (GTA V, not Online), you get a prompt that there's a new update available. Which you have to download. I haven't tried otherwise, but I don't think you can cancel that so I think you're practically forced to download it to even play story line. But it can be different on Xbox, yes.
