Should Every Missions/Races/Heists/Ect. Be Changed to open Lobbies

Gta 5 isn't THAT good

 

The loading will be cut down on PS4

No it is best as it is.

 

There would be those who would know key locations of mission objectives and who would surely find some way of putting a spanner in the works.

 

Also, while a long shot, imagine even half a lobby doing two sets of the same mission at the same time. Could be chaos (although maybe fun chaos!).

I've thought long and hard about Jobs being played in free-roam. Obviously Rockstar have gone for the far simpler, private-lobby Jobs accessed from a standard menu screen with free-roam just providing markers to activate the Jobs, but I think the alternative is possible.

 

It would need to remove the player blips though. Griefers could quite easily spot eight players heading towards the military base, assume it was a Job, and start sniping them off if they wanted to annoy.

 

On the other side of the coin though, how cool would it be if you were minding your own business when all hell broke loose around you, because you inadvertently got caught up in an ongoing Job. That is classic GTA.

 

With player blips removed, griefing Jobs would be harder but yes, it could still happen. However, griefing happens a lot at the moment. A crew of four or eight players returning from a Job might not take too kindly to a griefer hiding out at the end marker. I'd imagine the griefing might get switched around!
