Iv played music over mic longs your music aint too high and mic level ain't its okay but what some people need to remember is theres a MUTE button in players and not be an asshole and report and you cant chat to no one for a week even tho music was on LOW

There's two three ways to get on my hate list fast when it comes to mics:

 

1. Constantly spouting 'nigga'.

2. Singing and or mic echo.

3. Your music. I don't have your music on my end of the speakers, so I don't want to hear it on your side.

Theres a thing called mute button in players its a very good feature that MUTES other players Heres what you do il go step by step

1. Press Start

2. Go to online

3. Scroll down to Players

4. Work out who the annoying big mic man is.

 

5. Click on the player then hit MUTE

its like magic can't hear nothing

 

Or to be extra safe go to interaction menu

1. Hold select

2. Scroll down to chat

3. Pick an option that aint everyone like Crew Only or Friends Only

It really depends on the sound quality. Some mics make music sound great and other mics sound like a Kinect being used underwater that's inside the anus of a man with diarrhea. I was in this lobby once and it was hip hop/techno and it was surprisingly good. I've never met anyone in any game that has good taste in hip hop. I prefer the 90's stuff but the new crap they play is swag this and f*ck that, it's f*cking horrible. The mic quality with this certain guy was good enough for me to stay and chill in the lobby.

I'm not sure what is worst: someone playing music or someone playing music while everyone else is telling them to stop their music. It's funny but it gets irritating over time. The only reason people use a mic is to tell others to shut up. Like, come on, that's like going to Sea World and turns out you hate water. If someone plays music over a mic I'll sometimes play my Backstreet Boys (yessssss!) or any other hated bands/singers. Call Me Maybe is my favorite to play because I'll be calling people in-game while it plays. I know, I'm an asshole.

It took me awhile to put this playlist together awhile back and I was wondering if anyone else has the same sort of thing where they made a playlist basically for GTA. If you do what styles/artist do you prefer?

 

I'll listen to anyone's taste - even if it's not my thing. I tend to be quite flexible.

But I absolutely loathe crap quality - so if someone is blasting crap down a microphone, I'll leave, but if they've mastered the art so it doesn't sound like complete s**t then it's fine.

Music on mic is fine if it's good and energetic or happy (not the song, just the mood). Otherwise the volume gets muted on the TV (quicker than dicking about in the select menu). If someone can genuinely sing on a sh*tty mic, I'd take time to listen irrespective of what it is (except celine dion crap).

 

As for what I'd listen to off mic. Soft rock, 80's and the Bee Gees (I'm too eclectic for open mic )
