Key word hoping, not stating as fact. It is more likely there will be one today rather than tomorrow. DLC information HAS been found indicating one is coming soon and almost every patch has come on a Tuesday. That's not a speculation.

You obviously suck at the game that bad you need something like your mom's teet(god mode) to suck on while in free roam.
