It's not supposed to be quick and easy. What's the fun in playing for a couple days and having everything? What's the incentive to play after that? There would be none. Enjoy the game and save your money. I can make a couple hundred thousand each day which adds up quickly. It takes very little time to get yourself into the millions. If playing the game to earn the things you want is too much work...then maybe the problem isn't the game or game economy...but YOU just being lazy.
