If every little activity didnt take you to a damn load screen and then force you to leave the lobby I would do a lot more of them.

 

I actually read this thread yesterday and last night we did had some shooting range battles. It was fun. I am going to add that to my to do list every time I play. I just wish some things you could just challenge someone and then start like walking up to an arm wrestling table and just go at it. Make the game put you in a ghost mode in the lobby or something so nobody can f*ck with you.

 

If they could do something like that I think you would see people play a game of darts or do any of the small things way more often, especially if it didnt remove you from the current lobby since a lot of people have more then 2 people in their group.

those game modes get used, just 90% of the time it's in invite only from what i can tell. seems the majority of players and community mindset think that GTA Online is a PvP game and do not really think about those other features the game has to offer. hence why they PvP in freeroam then sometimes even bitch about cops/npcs/gangs killing them when they do, because they are too blind or rock headed that they do not or will not take the time to realize that there are game modes just for PvPing called DM/TDM. some may say that DM/TDM is basicly dead and i could see why since people treat freeroam like a PvP playground.

while it is true freeroam is open to do what you want, not everyone plays the same way. i play the other modes when i can actually find people willing to play them, usually though i find myself giving up on them after 5mins or so, since there is usually no one willing to play them also.

Find three friends and play golf. It's actually awesome, I love it.

 

But yeah, it is just free roam, ugly cars, fat ADHD kids and glitching in this game.

I don't think Rockstar really know what the people who play this game are like, else they would change things.
